Parang panaginip lang ang lahat. I remembered myself drowning in tears because I was engaged by the man I loathe the most. Yet .. here I am. Engaged with him once again, yet with all my heart this time.

" Serenity Brielle .. Vercetti " he trailed as he kissed the Hope Diamond engagement ring he gave me.

Napangisi ako sa sinabi nya at parang may mainit na bumalot sa puso ko. I plan to tell my parents this by next week but I never expected him to initiate it.

" What if ayaw nila? Tumutol sila? " tanong ko habang nakatingin sakanya.

Nakita ko ang agad na pagkunot ng noo nya at pagbabago ng timpla ng itsura nya. I giggled, how can he have an amazing duality?

" They won't " masungit nyang sagot.

" How are you sure? "

" They already permitted us --"

" Kasi no choice sila noong una. What if ngayon? Ayaw talaga nila sa'yo? " subok ko pa.

I'm not even joking here. Alam kong sa loob loob ng pamilya ko ay ayaw din nila akong makasal kay Kaius. They know how felonious Kaius is and the world he's living.

" Who wouldn't like me? " nagtaas sya ng kilay sa akin.

" I am smart, rich and handsome. I can give them grandchildren with good looking genes! " he said agressively that made me laugh in tears.

" W-what? " I asked while holding my tummy due to extreme laughter, but he just stared darkly at me.

Makalipas ang ilang sandali ay huminahon na ako sa pagtawa, samantalang sya ay halos tagain na ako sa sama ng tingin. Grabe naman kasi! Hahaha I know he looke like an Olympian God yet I never imagined him saying that as an argument in this topic.

"  Why? Do you think, I can't provide good looking children? " saad ko sakanya.

Sumulyap syang muli sa akin at ang kaninang matalim nyang mga tingin ay naging mapaglaro nanaman ulit.

Tinampal ko ang kamay nya at lumayo bahagya sakanya. We're sitting on my sofa watching a netflix movie pero hindi na namin napagtutuonan ng pansin ang palabas.

" I don't need to collaborate with your genes to make good looking babies. Mine is enough" I rolled my eyes and tried to watch the movie again yet he suddenly grabbed me that mad me shriek.

Naputol ko yata ang hininga ko ng hilahin nya ako at ipinid sa sofa. Now, I'm lying on the sofa in a split second while he's on top of me .. staring mischievously.
