NICO POV:
"Hey! I'll walk you home," Will said jogging over to catch up with me. Percy was lagging behind him talking to his girlfriend annabeth.
"Fine but if you even try walking through that gate. . . Well i hope you aren't too attached to your legs," I say somewhat sarcastically, although I was dead serious.
"I won't, I won't," Will said putting his hands up in mock defeat.
I roll my eyes but feel a small smirk creep onto my lips.
"You should talk to your dad sometime to see if you can either come over to my house or i can come to yours after school and we can do homework together," Will said energetically. I kept noticing him getting slightly in front of me but once he noticed he would automatically take shorter steps so he could stay next to me.
"Yeah I'll ask," I say as we turn into my street.
"Ask if we can tomorrow," Will said eagerly, "I really wanna see the inside of your house better, so ask if I can come over first."
I roll my eyes at him once again. "Alright, I will," I add.
With in a few more minutes we were in front of my house and I had already punched the code in.
"Aright I'll see you tomorrow," Will said, looking disappointed.
"See ya," I say, turning and walking up my drive way to my house.

It was about 6 o'clock when I heard my Dad come in from the garage. I closed my laptop and pushed my papers together so they didn't look messy.
"Hey dad," I say as he walked into the kitchen, where I was sitting at the island.
He grunted in response as he grabs a beer from the fridge.
"Would it be alright if a friend from school came over tomorrow after school so we can do some homework together?" I ask, trying to sound nonchalant.
He turned and stared right in my eyes. "Fine, just stay out of my way," and with that he turned and walked up stairs to his study.
