In the morning I woke up on the floor with some clothes still scattered around me. "I must have fallen asleep while cleaning up" I sigh. Once I finally finish unpacking I head to the bathroom to freshen up. After that, I head downstairs. Dave and Mary appear to be getting ready for work. I pour myself some coffee and sit on the stool across from the sink where Mary is standing.

"Goodmorning" says Mary.

"Goodmorning" I reply.

At this point, Dave had already left for work so it is just the two of us in the kitchen.

"I hope we didn't wake you. It's still quite early. and I would assume you have jet lag" Mary says while grabbing her bag off the countertop.

"No, no worries. I just woke up because I fell asleep on the ground last night. I also almost never get jet lag so that isn't really a problem. When I was younger I traveled quite a bit. I might sleep later in the day as this whole 8 hours ahead thing has me thinking it's 11 pm." We both laugh and Mary starts walking to the door.

"Well, I better get to work! Also remember if you decide to go out, don't forgot the accent!"

"I won't!" I say giggling.

I then hear the door shut and walk over to lock it.

After quite some time of reading, I walk into the kitchen. It is now 10 am and I assume Adyline will be up soon. I am quite hungry, so I decide to make us both breakfast. I am not a cook, but I can still make some great scrambled eggs with bacon. As I am cooking I hear footsteps coming down the stairs.

"Mhmm. It smells good in here" says Adyline as she walks into the kitchen.

"Good morning Adyline." I say, turning around to face her. "I made us some breakfast. I am not really a cook, but I tried." I laugh.

"Hmm" she says with a smile on her face. "Sounds good, but just so you know your eggs are burning." Just as she says this I turn back around to see that my perfect eggs are now a blob of brown.

We both laugh and I say "Well at least the bacon is good!" We then eat the bacon with some orange juice to wash it down. Adyline is obviously hungover so I ask her about her night.

"It was justtt great!" she says smiling. "Also I forgot to mention my boyfriend is coming over today so I am going to need you to get into character. I also told him to bring his hot brother just in case you want some company," she says nudging my shoulder.

I look at her with a straight face and say "I don't need company. I am just fine being single as a pringle. Life is great!"

"More like sad, lonely, boring, and can't forget, depressing" Adyline says rolling her eyes. I then laugh and she smiles while getting up to take care of her dishes.
