Chapter 32

3 PM

Bora was busy signing documents in her office. Siyeon was busy training knights, as usual. Minji also had to deliver new documents signed by Bora to the Royal Court, so she wasn't there to assist Bora.

Someone please spare me! This is so boring! I'd rather do the royal kitchens' dishes! Omg help... Bora thought. Her pen dropped onto the floor, and she didn't want to bend down and pick it up. She buried her head in her arms. Someone save me from this boringness! My brain is going to literally explode! she begged mentally.

As if someone was reading her thoughts, there was a knock on the door. Oh my! Am I finally saved??? Bora's head shot up as she scrambled to look professional. "Come in!"

Yubin entered the office and closed the door behind her. She took a seat on a chair in front of Bora's desk.

"Yubin! You've saved me! I thought I was done for!" Bora was so grateful.

"Huh? Saved you from what? Was there an assassin? Did they try to hurt you?" Yubin was concerned.

"No, silly! These documents are so long and boring and stupid and horrible!" Bora responded. Yubin sighed in response. Bora is always one to hate things like these... sigh... she thought.

"Anyways, I came here to tell you something important." Yubin told Bora, getting ready to tell her about the underground bunker in the woods that YooA described.

"Important? What is it?" Bora responded.

"Can you keep this between us, Bora?" Yubin knew this was a family thing. It had to do with Bora's deceased parents and the royal family. She couldn't risk it if secret information got out to the public.

That question was answered by a moment of silence as Bora thought about it.

"It depends," Bora eventually answered.

Yubin sighed. "It's about aunt and uncle, Bora."

That made Bora focus. "Mom and dad?! What is it?!?"

Yubin proceeded to tell her about what YooA said about the bunker. She told her about how the previous king and queen's assistant was secretly working for the Neverlands, which was why they were able to be murdered. She told her about how confidential information could be stored in that bunker, which was why she wanted to keep it between themselves.

Bora was shocked. There could be so much information located in that bunker. However, because Assistant Eugune was working for Neverland Kingdom, didn't they keep/destroy the information? Bora still wanted to see if there was anything down there. She had some hope. Who knows what could be stored in that bunker?

About six hours later

Siyeon was finally free for the night. She had no more duties as Knight Commander for today. The first thing she wanted to do was to see Bora, which she tried to do everyday. Of course, there were those incredibly busy days where she had night work as well, but she worked hard in order to see her girlfriend at the end of the day.

Siyeon announced her presence to the guards at Bora's throne room. The door opened, and not only Bora, but also Yubin, was waiting inside.

"Grand Master? What are you doing here?" Siyeon was curious. This didn't happen often.

"Take a seat first, Siyeon. There's a lot of things we need to tell you," Bora responded. She looked at Yubin, who nodded at her. They had both decided that they could let one more person into their family matter- Siyeon. She might become the future queen alongside Bora one day, so why not? Plus, she was a Knight Commander and could be trusted with this.
