"Kill her."
As those words left Doyoung's mouth, Bora tried to escape. She tried to scream, but couldn't. Doyoung tightened his grip and proceeded to use the other man's ropes to tie her hands and legs. He then raised his knife. It was the end. Bora closed her eyes, accepting her sad fate.
"No!!" Miyeon was heard shouting. Huh? Why is she against it? Bora wondered. Her eyes were still closed, but she noticed that Doyoung suddenly went cold. His grip loosened. Then, he fell down. Bora opened her eyes to see Doyoung dead on the floor, lying in a puddle of blood, alongside the other man. Miyeon was holding a sword, tainted with fresh blood. She was breathing heavily, and looked at Bora.
"Huh? I'm not dead?" Bora asked Miyeon. "Why did you save me?"
"There's no time to explain," Miyeon replied. "The sooner we get out of here, the safer you are."
Bora agreed, and followed Miyeon out of the dark building.
A few minutes later
Bora and Miyeon were sitting on a bench in a village park. Bora stared at Miyeon. She was really pretty. There was something about her that enthralled her. Her short, blue hair and her long legs were stunning, now that they were out in the light. Bora knew her from somewhere. Her brain just didn't know when, or where...
"Ok- what just happened?!?" Bora asked Miyeon. Miyeon didn't look at Bora's eyes, and Bora wondered why.
"To put things short, I am a spy for the enemy," Miyeon replied. "I had to let Chenle tell you about the rebellion-"
"Rebellion?!? There's a-"
"Shh! We're out in the public, madam!"
"Oh! Sorry!"
"I am a mere knight from the castle, sent by Royal Assistant Minji to protect politicians that venture out of the castle."
A knight? Bora examined Miyeon's sword. She realized that there was indeed, a dreamcatcher symbol on the scabbard. So she is from my castle, Bora thought. And Minji sent her? So she was aware of my travels from the beginning?
"There aren't any knights registered with the name Miyeon," Bora said. "What is your real name?"
"It's Siyeon. Lee Siyeon."
Why does that name ring a bell? There is indeed a Lee Siyeon registered as a knight, but there's... something else about her that speaks to me, Bora wondered. "Well, Lee Siyeon, I want you to tell nobody about what happened today."
"Yes, ma'am. May I have your name?"
"Bora. Kim Bora."
Siyeon was very alarmed. She immediately bowed. "Many apologizes, Your Majesty! I didn't know you were in disguise!"
"Stand up!! We're out in the public! Nobody knows that I am here-"
The people around the two noticed Bora, and were all surprised as well. They all bowed alongside Siyeon. There were many reactions among the crowds.
"The Queen? Out here?"
"I knew that judge wasn't from here..."
"What the hell is going on?!?"
"Judge Yeeun is the Queen?!?"
"Great," Bora muttered to herself. "Everyone, get up! Get up!"
Bora heard horses coming near her location. She saw Minji riding the horse in the lead, followed by a few knights.
"Bora! I knew I would find you here," Minji hopped off her horse and embraced Bora.
