About one week later, around 9 PM
The previous week brought so many changes to the kingdom. There were more knights, so that meant more training. More training meant less free time for Siyeon and her fellow knights. She was stressed. First, many young knights were very hard to educate, mostly due to their lack of skills, pride, laziness, and/or stubbornness. There were new knights who refused to clean their swords, refused to take care of their horses, refused to go to training on time, etc. It was driving Siyeon crazy!
That wasn't all that happened. Knight Commander Lee Mijoo didn't show up the last six days to training sessions. She wasn't there to help coach jousting matches. She wasn't there to mentor Siyeon and help her climb up the rankings. Maybe she was on break. Today was finally Saturday, and Siyeon had some time to relax. She wanted to see Bora and have a chat with her, but knights weren't allowed to enter the throne room unless summoned.
Siyeon decided to go back to her dorm and chat with Yoohyeon. When she arrived at her dorm, however, there was a letter addressed to her.
"To Knight Major Siyeon, From Queen Bora
Please meet me in the throne room by 9:30 PM"
Siyeon looked at the clock. It was 9:25 PM. I should better go now, she thought. She wrote a note to Yoohyeon (who was sleeping) and headed towards the throne room.
Bora was sitting expectantly on her golden throne, waiting for her friend. She was well aware of the stress that Siyeon had went through last week and prepared some tea and biscuits, which were set on a table in front of a chair next to her throne, prepared for Siyeon.
The guards finally addressed the presence of Siyeon. The tall knight walked in.
"Singnie! Have a seat here!" Bora led her to the seat. "Guards, you may leave us."
The guards left the room all to the two women.
"Singnie, you look very tired. Have some tea!" Bora offered. Siyeon took a sip.
"Ah!" she yelped. The heat of the tea was very high.
"Singnie! Are you okay?"
"Yeah. It was just really hot!"
The two women laughed at the relatable situation. "So, you must have had a stressful week." Bora said.
"Oh, it's been chaotic! Knight Soodam showed up 20 minutes late to sword fighting practice, and Knight Sieun forgot to wash her horse!"
"Wow! Should I raise the levels of discipline?"
"Please do! There are so many knights that treat their training like a joke!"
"How about... "If knights are not attending to their responsibilities, they shall spend a week doing countless chores"?" Bora suggested.
"Sounds good to me! That'll make sure that Knight Junkyu stops pulling pranks on Yoo!" Siyeon remembered the time when Junkyu's pranks went too far and he stole Yoohyeon's own sword.
The two women chatted and chatted the night away. Talking about whatever they wished with each other was like a stress reliever. They felt themselves get closer and closer each second they were together.

"Tell me more about Grand Master Yubin, Dongie!" Gahyeon and Handong were sitting near the cozy fireplace in the living room of Handong's manor.
"Ah... Yubin seems very introverted at first, but once you get to know her better, she can be a really great and funny friend!" Handong chuckled, remembering the time when Bora first introduced Yubin to her. Yubin wasn't Grand Master at the time, and she was very shy. She kept hiding behind Bora and tried to get out of the situation.
