Chishiya stood at the entrance as the cars pulled in one after another. The militants just got back from their game. He scanned the faces as they got out of the car, his heart dropping when he realized there were two people missing.

It made him feel nervous but he was quick to push away his bad thoughts. Chishiya wanted to trust Akane. She was just probably having the talk with Niragi.

Chishiya wanted to give himself a little more confidence, she had chosen him after all. But as the seconds passed by, he could feel a black hole slowly swallowing him whole. He was starting to worry again. He just couldn't help it.

Soon enough, another car drove in. Chishiya held his breath in, hoping this could be them. Akane got out of the car followed by Niragi who stared at the back of her walking figure. Even though it made him feel terrible, Chishiya let out a breath of relief. She was finally coming back to him.

On the other side, Niragi grit his teeth as he watched her back once again. He had done this way too many times already, but the pain was still the same. Nothing he said earlier made her change her mind.

"Be careful, he's not the kind of guy you think he is." Niragi warned her, leaning back a little. He watched as her face changed.

"He's good to me, he wouldn't do anything to hurt me." She quickly refuted. Though she had doubts about Chishiya's personality, she chose to believe what he has been showing her.

"And I'm not? What about me then? I treat you better than he does!" Niragi yelled, kicking an innocent rock making it fly. He ran a hand through his disheveled hair in frustration. What was so good about that guy? What did that guy have that he didn't?

"I'm sorry. I'm really sorry." Akane bowed her head and properly apologized, something she has never done before.

"Stop it!" Niragi yelled. He didn't like her taking Chishiya's side and it hurt him to see her like this, so damn loyal to him.

"Get in the car." Niragi said with a sigh. At that moment, he just wanted to drink until he couldn't remember anything anymore.

Akane straightened up and stared at him. Somehow, her mind thought about that time they had done something in a car. Shaking her head, she cleared the thoughts away. She was disappointed with how her mind worked.

"When he doesn't turn out the way you hoped, don't say I didn't warn you." Niragi said, his back facing her. He quickly sauntered to the car and got inside.

Akane followed him and got in, his words still in her mind. Whatever he tells her, she'll just ignore it. She wanted to trust Chishiya, at least. He wouldn't do anything to hurt her, right?

The car was speeding along the road as Niragi gripped the wheel tightly. He was trying to subside the anger that seemed to slowly consume him. That night he made sure that he'll drown himself in alcohol.

When Chishiya hurts her, she'll definitely come back to him. He smirked at the thought. When she does, he'll never let her go again. But now, he was going to give her space. He'll think of things to do just to forget about her.

Niragi made up his mind that until she comes back to him, he'll just stay away. He'll pretend that they didn't know each other, that he couldn't see her. Just like what he did when she first came here.

Akane and Chishiya went to the pool together as they talked. Just in a short amount of time they had missed each other. Chishiya wrapped an arm around her shoulder and pulled her closer. He couldn't get enough of her. His thoughts wandered back to when they were in his room and his eyes darkened. Chishiya wanted to feel her again, all of her.

He smiled as he stared at her, she has gone back to her bubbly self. In this fake utopia, he had found his own paradise and it was in the shape of a stunning girl.

Akane abruptly stopped, looking ahead. She stared as Niragi was all up on Arisu's face. She could feel her heart drop when he put his gun on Arisu's shoulder.

Chishiya wanted to stop her but he couldn't . Akane had sauntered over to the scene and now all eyes were on her. He sighed, fully knowing something bad was about to happen. Even though he was worried for her, he chose to walk out of there. Somehow, he felt like Niragi wouldn't hurt her so he didn't have to worry that much about her.

Niragi's eyes glanced to Akane who was glaring hard at him.

"Put that gun away, Niragi." She said firmly.

Niragi suddenly brought the tip of his gun to her forehead. Literally no one thought he'd do that. Eveyone around them gasped and stepped back. He was definitely insane.

"Or what, princess? What are you going to do about it?" Niragi whispered, his head going down to her neck. He let out his tongue and slowly licked her from her neck down to her collarbone.

It sent shivers down her spine and Akane was embarrassed to admit to herself that it turned her on. Niragi leaned back smirking at her. He knew her so well that he could read the look on her face at that moment. Her body reacted so well to him, it wanted more pleasure and he was more than happy to give that to her.

Niragi had already drunk more bottles than he could count, affecting his judgement. The decision he made only hours ago was gone down the drain. He didn't want to leave her alone, he wouldn't leave her alone. Even if she was with Chishiya.

"Shoot me." Akane suddenly stated, surprising him. He thought she'd be scared of him but he guessed wrong.

Akane thought it would be embarrassing for her if he actually did shoot her. But she knew Niragi. He wouldn't do that to her even if it killed him. Then she realized that she trusted this psychotic guy in front of her with her life more than she trusted herself.

"Boss wants to get a taste of your friend." Niragi said, sending a demonic grin to Usagi.

Akane's eyes flickered to Aguni behind Niragi. His face was stern and blank. She knew that wasn't the case, Niragi just made it seem like it was. Akane knew how disinterested Aguni was with girls.

Seeing that Niragi wasn't paying attention to her, she quickly grabbed his gun and pointed it at him. Niragi looked at her in surprise, not expecting her to do that.

Akane decided to tease him a little and ran the tip of the gun from his cheek to his lips and along the buttons of his shirt. By then, he was already breathing heavily. The sound of her pulling the trigger made everyone around them scream as others were running away from the scene. She had shot the space between his feet. Akane gave him a little smirk before pushing him into the pool.

Then, she turned to Arisu and Usagi. The two gulped and quickly ran away. Finally, she turned to Aguni who's face hasn't changed one bit.

"What did you want with them?" Akane asked , curiously. She new Aguni wouldn't do anything like Niragi was implying.

"I was going to inform her about Hatter's news for her. He wants to make her a militant like you." Aguni sighed before telling her to tell Usagi. He then quickly left, leaving her by the side of the pool.

Akane looked around and realized Chishiya was nowhere to be seen. She felt a pang in her chest, thinking that he had deserted her in such a situation. But she didn't want to hate him just because of that, she wanted to believe that he really did care for her. That maybe he didn't sense any danger would happen to her and that's why he just left.

She was thinking a lot of things that could justify him leaving her here but still thoughts of him potentially abandoning her at times like this, it worried her if she made the right decision to stay with him.

Niragi's words kept ringing in her head. She was worried that he was probably right. Akane just didn't know what to think anymore. It just wasn't safe enough to trust anyone here.

Akane screamed as a hand grabbed her ankles and pulled her down into the pool. It was Niragi who took the chance when she was spacing out. She had let go of the gun, making it fall down the side of the pool.

Before she could even fully understand what was happening, Niragi had placed his lips on hers giving her air to breathe. This made them feel like they were back in that lake all over again.
