"Niragi!"

The three of them turned to Aguni. Behind him were the others. They were on two other cars. Akane felt relieved seeing them alive.

"Stop fooling around! We still have to clear two games!" Kuina yelled.

Niragi groaned and swung the gun on his shoulder again. He glanced over to Chishiya and glared at him before grabbing Akane's arm and pulling her towards him.

"You seriously make me so damn angry." Niragi muttered.

Akane looked up at him seeing him grit his teeth. He glanced down at her making her look down. Niragi sighed and walked to the car, bringing her with him.

"Get in."

He didn't need to tell her twice. Akane got in and looked over Niragi's shoulder to see Chishiya still not moving. Niragi blocked her view with an angry look. He wasn't at all happy that she was looking back at the bastard.

"I just think we shouldn't leave him there. He can go with them." Akane motioned to the others. Niragi tilted his head at her, glaring hard. He turned around all of a sudden, walking towards the direction of Chishiya.

"Niragi, please get in the car..." She sighed, knowing it was useless to even ask him.

Niragi stopped walking and turned back to the car before getting in the driver's seat, slamming the door harder than he should. Just as they were about to drive away, Akane stuck out her head and looked back.

"Kuina!" She yelled and gave the girl a look. Kuina understood and nodded at her.

Akane leaned back on her seat again with a sigh. Niragi was dead silent as he swerved the car and stopped right infront of what looked to be a rundown store.

He turned to her and without a word, he grabbed her face and kissed her. Akane was surprised at first but she eventually melts into the kiss, putting her hand on his cheek.

Niragi pulled away, looking into her eyes. She couldn't read his mind but she felt she didn't need to. He was angry, so angry but still he missed her and it had somehow overwritten his anger.

"Tell me nothing happened between you two last night." He whispered, leaning his forehead on hers.

Even though it hurt him to think about the possibility of them getting together again, he still wanted to know for sure.

Thoughts of last night flashed inside Akane's head and she couldn't help but sigh in relief that nothing drastic happened. Chishiya had kissed her but she was asleep at that time so she didn't feel the need to mention that.

"Nothing happened." She whispered.

He suddenly backed away, Niragi's eyes now cold and hard.

"You liar." He scoffed, almost laughing.

"What?" Akane was stunned, she didn't know if he had felt her lying.

"You either tell me the truth now or I'm gonna go back there and put a bullet in his head." Niragi said sternly. He just had enough of the bullshit she loved putting him through.

"I'm sorry. He said he kissed me when I was sleeping." Akane mumbled, looking down not being able to meet his eyes.

"What else?"

Her throat tightened, feeling like she should just come clean. It would be better to tell him the whole truth.

"I...I asked him to do it again but changed my mind and went to sleep." Akane let out a breath, feeling nervous.
