Chapter 2:Meeting the Avengers

Steve looked at me and I could tell he was thinking something but I couldn't read him enough to know what. I couldn't think of anything to say and neither could he, then this look came over him and I was kinda scared to be honest with you

He grabbed me by my wrist and opened the bedroom door, he pulled me down the stairs and I followed him trying not to fall down the stairs. I tried to pull out of his grip but he was to strong, I could hear everyone in the kitchen and I knew I was going to be in so much trouble

Tony's one deal was to stay hidden and not let any of the Avengers know I exsist, Nat was the only one who knew I exsisted because I knew her from our past and I couldn't stay away from her and Tony saw that because on numerous occasions he found me trying to sneak out of my room to see Nat and he finally let her see me regularly but now everyone is going to know I exsist and I'm not ready for all the mess this is going to bring

Steve pulled me into the kitchen and everyone looked at me, all their mouths were dropped open and in shock. Nat looked at Tony and Tony was looking at me, he put his hand over his face and sunk into the chair he was sitting in

I mouthed 'I'm sorry' and looked back up at Steve he was still holding my wrist, he pushed me a little bit forward and let go of my wrist

"Look what I found" he said giving me a glare and I didn't like it, Tony and Nat always said he was this nice and funny guy but right now he is mean and rough "What are you planning" he was looking at me as if I was evil

"What" I said looking up at him confused

"Oh come one Tony has you locked away what are you guys up to" he said looking away from me and towards Tony

Nat went to say something but Tony waved her off and stood up walking over to me, he took my hand and gave me a smile "You good?" he asked looking at the red mark on my wrist

It honestly didn't hurt it was just a shock that he would do that "I'm fine nothing I haven't handled before" I said looking him in the eyes showing I was serious and fine. It wasn't anything new that I hadn't felt and it really wasn't that bad either on the scale of injurys I've had

He turned towards Steve and gave him a deadly look "Don't ever lay another hand on her you understand me" he said pointing his finger at me. I could tell Tony was going to kill Steve if he ever did something like this again and I wouldn't stop him but he wouldn't have the chance because I would kill him first literally

Steve looked shocked that Tony would say that defending me "Well I want an answer Tony" Steve was now right in Tony's face and this was going to get bad soon if I didn't step in

I walked between them and pushed them apart, "I'm none of your business" I was gritting my teeth as I said that to Steve

I stepped back from Steve and was standing next to Tony now. The elevator dinged and Pepper came in the kitchen but I could tell nobody noticed because they were all focused on me, Tony, and Steve

"Really Tony is Pepper not good enough you need a side chick" he said stepping closer to me and being only a few inches from my face. My head hurt and he wasn't exactly being the quietest when talking to me, I was still hungover keep in mind

I just stared laughing, Steve backed up a little bit and looked at me all weird "You think..... Him and I......" I was laughing and everyone was looking at me weirdly but then my laughing turned to anger. I grabbed him by his arm and for him being twice my size and probably double my body weight this was going to be a little difficult for me but I can do it. I heard Pepper, Tony, and Nat start to laugh

I put one leg behind the back of his knee and pushed as hard as I could, he fell to the floor. I was falling too but I stopped myself and stood up, once Steve was on the floor looking at me I gave him a glare. I heard a few gasps, I honestly didn't think I would be able to take him down but I wasn't going to show that

I stepped over him so I was now standing over him looking him dead in the eyes "Don't ever say I'm his side chick I'm his fucking sister" I said stepping back off of him.

He got up and just looked at me "Sort your friend out" I said turning towards Tony "Nat" I said quickly before running off I said "Hi" to Pepper on my way out and she just waved before going into the kitchen

Nat got up and ran after me following me into the bathroom, I got to the toilet and threw up. Nat grabbed my hair and patted my back, I sat down on the floor and Nat sat next to me

"I can't believe you did that" she said giving me a smile

I looked confused "Did what?" I asked her

"You took down Steve no one can do that not even in training" she said laughing

I was in shock he wasn't that hard to take down "Really it wasn't that hard to do" I said laughing with her

"Yeah but I'll except tomorrows training beating you are going to give to me" she said looking a little sad

"Oh please I could never hurt you" I said standing up and helping her up too

I walked to the cabinet and took 3 advils trying to help with my headache and hangover. I took the pills and started walking out of the bathroom "But that doesn't mean I can't try" I said looking at her going down the stairs towards the kitchen

"Next time I'll go a little easier on the tequila" she said leading me back into the kitchen

Everyone was still in there and I wasn't feeling the greatest so I just went to my emergancy hangover stash and grabbed the box before heading for my room when I was stopped
