Chapter 47:Greetings

"He didn't really give me a choice in finding out" I watched Yelena's face grow in confusion

"What do you mean?" she asked

"I was chained to a table and he was really mad" I sad smiling a little bit

"What" she yelled looking at Steve, sending him daggers with her eyes

"Hey it's okay, I'm happy he knows" I said touching her shoulder

"Well I'm still not sorry for beating him up then" she said crossing her arms

"Hey thats mean" Steve whined from behind us

"Suck it up buttercup" Yelena said smiling, walking out of the room

"Yelena" I called after her, I got up and chased after her. I was giggling "You know you could be a little nicer" I said bumping into her arm

"Yeah but what's the fun in that" she snickered at me, giving me a mischievous look

"Well" I trailed off, "I can't argue" she busted out laughing. "Stop it" I hit her in the arm

"I'm sorry" she said getting teary eyed "I can't help it"

I rolled my eyes, pushing her, she ended up losing her balance and toppling over. I started laughing, "You klutz" I said between my laughs. Bending down and falling on the floor as well

"Mama" Anya yelled running into the room, looking at Yelena and I laughing on the floor

"Hi baby" I said slowly stopping my laughing fit, she ran over and jumped into my arms

"Dad wants you" she said standing up, grabbing my hand and dragging me up off the ground to the best of the ability

"I'm coming" I said helping myself up

We walked into the living room, and saw him standing there. "What's up?" I asked

"Tony called asking when we are coming back to New York?" Steve asked giving me a smile

"Tell him we will come back when I say so" I picked Anya up, and put her legs on each side of my hip. We looked at each other giggling, pressing out foreheads together

"Okay" he said rolling his eyes at me

"What do you say we go out to the forest and run around like old times?" I asked Anya

"Yes please" she jumped out of my arms, and grabbed her shoes running out of the house

"Yelena we are going in the woods" I yelled to my sister

"Okay" she yelled back

I grabbed Steve's hand pulling him with me out the door. "Where are we going?" Steve asked concerned

"You'll see" I said a mischievous grin on my face

"Okay" he said following me through the forest

"Anya wait up" I yelled after her

I let go of Steve's hand, and ran after our daughter. I ran through the trees, jumping over fallen logs, and piles of leaves that are booby traps. A little something Yelena and I set up to protect Anya

I scooped Anya up into my arms and she started giggling, "I got you" I giggled with her. We were almost to the door of her hide out when we heard a scream, I put Anya down "Go hide and stay in there don't come out for nobody except Yelena, your dad or me" I kissed her forehead quickly, and pushed her into the trunk

I watched her run inside and shut the door, I ran in the other direction. As I was running I saw Steve running towards me, "Steve oh my god" I said out of breath

"Wheres Anya?" he asked in a panic

"She's in her tree fort now, come with me" I said, starting again to run towards where the screams came from, I will do whatever it takes to protect my daughter. No one followed us of the Avengers, so it's probably an enemy

We came to the culprit and we looked up to the sky, dangling in the air, in a net was Tony, and Nat. "What are you guys doing here?" I asked cutting the rope. The rope started falling soon, and then they were falling, faster and faster towards the ground

They landed with a big thud, leaves on the ground went flying from all the wind. "Really you couldn't have waited" I said crossing my arms "How did you even find me?" I asked looking at my brother

"Um" he scratched the back of his neck

"I may have told them" Steve said, stepping up behind me, putting his hands on my shoulders. Giving them a squeeze, trying to get me to relax. I took a deep breath and looked at him

"Okay but heads up stay off the big piles of leaves" I said pointing to another one less than ten feet away

"Good to know" Nat said walking away from us

"Where are you going?" I called after her

"I don't know but I'll find something eventually" she yelled back shrugging her shoulders

"Okay well Steve go with her please and Tony you come with me" I said grabbing his arm and dragging him with me

When we got to the tree fort Tony went in first, I could see out of the corner of my eye that something was being thrown across the room. "Oww" I heard Tony whine

"Anya" I said her name

"Sorry mama" she said putting her hands behind her back being shy, "I saw a stranger" she said walking over to me, and standing behind my leg

"It's alright baby but this is your Uncle Tony" I said moving aside

"Hello little one" Tony crouched down, and put his hand out. Anya put her hand in his, and gave him a smile

"Hello" she said smiling up at me then back to Tony

"Now should we go find your dad again and meet your aunt?" I asked picking her up, and throwing her onto my hip

"Yes" she said clapping her hands excitedly
