Chapter 54:The Wedding

After eating dinner like a family, my life actually got on track. Steve, Anya, and I are happy, we are one big happy family now. Nothing could break us up anymore

It has been almost two years since Steve proposed, and the wedding is tomorrow. Man wedding jitters are real, I'm already nervous

"Tori" Steve called from our door way, I looked up to him a gave me a smile

"Yeah" I said straightening my posture and trying to get my breathing under control

"Hey calm down I'm not going anywhere, your not going anywhere and nothing is going to happen to us" he said sitting down next to me on the couch

"I know I'm just nervous now, I need to finish up the rest of the planning for tomorrow" I said pushing him away

I only had to finish up the wedding seating, and the flowers. A part of being a Stark is the flowers can be here in a night, which I won't argue about

A few more hours and I finally figured everything out, I put the order of flowers in and they are already in route. They will be shipped to the restaurant and put up directly like I want it

Steve and I agreed that we wouldn't sleep in the same room because we didn't want to jinx our future after everything we've been through. Actually it was my idea because it would be me who got bad luck

Anya slept with Steve in her room, and I slept by myself in Steve and I's room. I would probably have a nightmare but that's okay because I'm getting married tomorrow. I went to bed and when I woke up it was morning

When I opened my eyes Nat, Yelena, Pepper, and Wanda were already in my room. "Time to get up you're getting married today" Nat said pulling the blankets away from me, letting the cold air circulate me

"Ugh" I groaned out, "Ten more minutes" I said pulling the blanket back over my cold body

"Nope time to get going it's already ten in the morning" Yelena said grabbing my arms and dragging me out of bed

"What" I said in shock, jumping out of the bed and running into the bathroom

I brushed my teeth and hair, quickly before going back out to the girls. "Okay let's get ready" I said sitting down at my vanity and turning on my curling iron

"Finally" Pepper and Wanda yelled at the same time

Everyone let out a giggle, the room filling with happiness and before I knew it my hair, makeup, and dress was ready. I was all ready. Time to get this show on the road

My dress flowed behind me as I walked, step by step I was walking closer to my future. The actual wedding was in the tower, and I wouldn't have it any other way

Steve was already standing under the big crest I had shipped to the tower, there were flowers all over it and twinkle lights around the room. Nat, Pepper, Wanda, and Yelena were my bridesmaids and Bucky, Tony, Rhodey, and Thor were Steve's groomsmen

My lacy top was open, and my dress flowed as Tony had my arm in his, "You ready" he asked giving my arm a squeeze

"More than ready," I said, giving him a big smile. I could hear the music playing in the background, "Lets do this"

We started walking down the aisle, time to become a bride. I could see Steve's smile from the top of the stairs

A smile was on everyone's faces and everybody was happy. Anya was standing by Yelena, holding her little basket that was filled with rose petals

I got up to the altar and stared into Steve's eyes, "Hi" I said breathless

"Hello" he said taking my hands in his "You look beautiful"

"And you are handsome" I gave him a smile, showing off my pearly white teeth I got whitened yesterday

"Everyone please be seated" I heard the priest say

There weren't many people in the chairs, most of them were for decoration. Both Steve's and my parents are dead, our only family are either our groomsmen, or bridesmaids, and there were only a few other people we wanted to invite to the wedding

The wedding went on without a hitch, and now it was time for the vows. Steve and I both questioned this for a while until we both agreed on doing our own vows, then the hard part was to write them. No matter what I don't think I could ever write what I really felt about the man standing in front of me

"Victoria can you go first" the priest said to me

"Yeah" I said, turning my attention fully onto Steve, "Steve I wrote and wrote all day yesterday but I couldn't come up with anything" his face went blank. "But that doesn't mean I don't love you, I will always love you. You are my life and I can't imagine living it if you didn't find me in my room all those years ago" tears started to form in my eyes. "We brought an amazing child into this world and I'm so glad we got back together and here I am pledging my love to you and I never want to leave your side" I said a tear slipping out of my eye and falling onto my face

Steve had a smile on his face, "Steve and your vows" the priest said pointing towards Steve

"Yes Tori I wish I had gotten to meet your parents on our first date, I did meet them back in the 40's and they were amazing back then and I'm sure they would have loved the woman you turned into today" tears started to pool out of my eyes. ""I can't live my life without you and I wouldn't have it any other way, I'm going to be proud to call you my wife in a few short minutes and I'm so glad I get to call our daughter, daughter. My life is now whole and I love it just the way it is. With this vow I pledge myself to you and promise to care for you no matter how old we get"

"Steve" I choked on my own words

"Now with the power vested in me I now pronounce you husband and wife" the priest said giving us a smile, "You may now kiss the bride"

Once the priest said that Steve's lips were on mine, our tongues moving together in perfect timing. Getting developed into our world again

Our hands holding each other, our bodys pushed together, while everyone cheered us on. I pulled away and looked up into my husband's eyes, I'm finally married

"Hello Wife" Seve said breaking our little silence

"Hello Husband" I whispered back, barely able to get my brain around my world right now
