The Secret Sister

Chapter 37:Washington DC

Unlike me agreeing to this I'm being sent on Peters field trip to Washington DC, we are currently flying there right now in the airplane.  My task for this mission is to watch Peter and get insight on whatever is happening in DC

I was told to by Tony that I need to act as a tour guide, good thing I know alot about DC because other wise I don't know if I could do this mission.  I hate flying and this plane ride is not going the best

Normally we just use the private jet and I get drunk before we take off but I don't think that is an option right now with a plane full of students.  There are only two teachers and then me to take care of a whole class of students

We finally landed and I was so happy to be on solid ground, I got off the airplane and watched as people zoomed by me doing their own things trying to make their way through the city.  Behind me was Peter and his class not knowing what to do, I guess this is where I step in

"Okay lets get to the hotel and then we can discuss a plan there" I said trying to buy myself a little more time

I had no clue what I was going to do but I had a few ideas and I'm just hoping that I don't have any issues that come up that I would need to suit up and fight.  If I have to suit up then so would Peter and that wouldn't be good

We were walking to the hotel and I felt like I was being watched but that was probably just the students watching what I was doing and going.  We walked past the DC Monument and that was one place I'm bringing the kids to as a tour stop, another was the Lincoln Memorial

We got to the hotel and everyone went to their rooms and I pulled Peter into my room "Peter remember don't do anything unless I give you the all clear screw this up and Tony will have both our heads" I said being deadly serious, hitting his arm

"Yeah I know Tori" he said rubbing his arm before leaving my room and going to his room

I unpacked and then met back down in the lobby with everyone else, "Okay option one or two?" I asked the class

"Two" was the majority of says so we went to the Monument.  Some of the class didn't want to go to the top so the teachers stayed down with them, while I took the students that wanted to go up

We were in the elevator and the tour guide did not look like she liked her job very much, "And to the left is--" but then she was cut off when the elevator stalled and fell a few floors

I didn't want to suit up and save people this trip but I guess that wasn't going to happen, looks like I'm going to have to save the day again.  Peter didn't want to come up and I'm glad hopefully the people on the outside of the building are seeing whats happening and hes getting ready to come save the day

'shit' I thought I told Peter not to do anything unless I told him to, hes probably down on the ground debating on if he should help or listen to what I said to him.  I have no way to let Peter know that he can help how am I going to get out of this one

I had an idea but I have no idea if it will work or not, I concentrated and used my nanotec all my energy on what I wanted.  I made an arrow in front of Peter hoping he is good at playing charades , I moved the arrow to the back of the momument

Then I started playing charades hoping he would get what I mean, I did a picture of his suit on him and then a pitcure of me and his classmates in the elevator stuck, and then him rescuing us

"Here" I heard someone say from the ceiling of the elevator, there was a small hole and a security guard popping through the hole "Come on" he said extending his hand to us

"You first" I said pointing to one of the kids who happily agreed grabbing the securtiy guards hand and climbing out of the elevator

A few more students climbed out and were safe but the elevator started to slip and the security gaurd was out of reach now, I saw a spider-web sling off the ceiling and down to the floor thank god Peter is here on time

"Hey one at a time" he said helping one kid out at a time until it was me and Peter now in the elevator "No trouble right" I could tell Peter was smirking under his mask

"Shut up and help me" I said rolling my eyes and grabbing his hand but the elevator dropped and me along with it "Shit" I said trying to reach his hand but missing

Peters web shot down and wrapped around my hand "I got you" he said lowering himself so he could grab my hand "And I thought you said we wouldn't need Spider-Man this trip" Peter threw at me

"Oh shut up or I'll tattle on you to Tony" I fired back not pleased with Peter right now.  Using this against me when I had no control over the elevator

"Okay I'm sorry" Peter said bringing us back up to the group

"Thank you P--Spider-Man" I said smiling "You saved our lives" god I hate doing this thanking him for saving my ass when I am quiet capable of doing it on my own but I couldn't without revealing who I was

Oh I forgot to mention Tony let me have my suit back, I'm not officially an Avenger but I'm making my way there.  This is just one mission I'm doing unofficially off the books

"Your welcome but I must be going" he said swinging off to who knows where probably back to my hotel room where is waiting to rub it in my face that I needed his help and couldn't save myself and man am I not loooking forward to that
