Chapter 28:A Plan

"Now Yelena we need to go over the plan" I said becoming serious

"Okay then whats the plan?" she asked going into widow mode

"We are going to see Mama Melina and Alexi, they are going to help deliver Anya and then you will take her back here and I will finish the rest on my own" I said giving her a convincing look

I know that if I tell her what I plan on doing then she would want to come with me and help but I need her with Anya. I can handle taking down Dreykov and this time he won't get away

"We leave in a week so be prepared to face our past" I got off the couch and walked into the kitchen. Grabbing a glass of water and drinking it, I thought I would make dinner tonight instead of ordering out again

"So what you want for dinner?" I yelled to Yelena through the walls

"Pasta" she yelled back at me

I got to work on dinner once I heard Yelena wanted pasta, I got cooking. I made chicken alfredo, I grilled the chicken and tossed it in my homemade alfredo sauce. I threw in some of my grandma's garlic bread and then let everything cook

I plated the food once it was done and I sat at the table starting to eat. Yelena walked in the room and her mouth was open "Hey" she put her hands on her hips and tilited her head

"What I was hungry" I said my mouth full of food

"So am I" she walked over to the table, sitting down across from me. "Now thanks for making it and not telling me it was ready" Yelena grabbed her fork and started eating

"Your welcome" I gave her a smile before shoving more food into my mouth

The last eight months have been part of the best of my life and I couldn't have wished it any differently. I got some good things that came out of hiding but I also lost major important things in my life

Little Anya will come out of this but I'll probably never be on the same terms with my family ever again. Which if it came down to having Anya grow up saftly versus Anya growing up in a world where she constantly has to look over her shoulder. If I'm being honest I would have rather done what I did and abondanded my family than stay with them and just prevent what would eventually happen

I'm hoping that once I return and life goes back to normal, or at least back to semi-normal. I do hope one day in the future that I'll get my family back but I can only hope at this point

Its been the week, I've been running around the city buying stuff for Anya. If I'm not going to be in this world with her when she is young, then I sure as hell am going to make sure she has everything she will ever need

I got her a crib, diapers, wipes, and everything else inbetween. Anya will have everything she ever desires and more, I will make sure Yelena has enough money for anything she needs. I won't let anything stand in my way not even my brother

I got Yelena ready, teaching her what to do when Anya cries, goes to the bathroom and everytime I got the same snarky remark. "I'm not an idiot Victoria I know what a baby does" she would say putting her hands on her hips and rolling her eyes all with a smirk on her face

And then the time finally came

"Yelena we need to go" I yelled through the house

I had been feeling tight cramps in my stomach but I have been ignoring, its probably just stress if anything. "Coming" Yelena yelled grabbing the baby bag I packed

"Good" I went to walk for the door but I felt another cramp "OHHH" I took a deep breath and put my hand on my stomach

"Hey hey" Yelena ran over to me "Whats wrong?" she asked really concerned

"Nothing just cramps" I said waving her off and walking the rest of the way out of the house and getting into the car. I just need to make it to Melina and talk with her and then Anya can come. Just please wait Anya until I talk with Melina before you decide to make your entrace

"Okay lets get you to Melina before Anya wants to meet you" Yelena said slamming the car door, breaking me out of my thoughts

"Right yeah lets go" I said turning and staring out the window, putting my hands on my stomach

We drove to the tarmack, trees and people zooming by my eyes. "Hey we're here" Yelena put her hand on my shoulder

"Okay" I said getting out of the car trying to push my thoughts out of my mind

"Hey there she is" Mason said coming up to me with open arms "Woah Tori's big" he said putting his hands on my stomach

"Yeah well thats what you get when your eight months pregnant" I said laughing with him

"Woah thats long is it even safe for you to fly right now?" he asked just like Yelena did

"Yes I can fly until I'm 9 months which is tomorrow" I gave him a sly grin lying

"Your clever Tori I'll give you that much" he said bringing me into another hug "Now you be careful and tell that little child to hang in there it might be a bumpy ride" he looked down at my stomach with a smile on his face "Nice" he nodded his head and turned around looking at Yelena "You watch over her" he pointed at me and walked away soluting us

"I'll see you around" I called after him

"See you" he turned around for brief second giving Yelena and I a smile
