envy is using people for the stuff that they have that you don't. pretending to like them for what they have. ex: pretending to be friends with someone because they have more money than you do.
lust is projecting a want onto things that you shouldn't. a wanting for something you shouldn't/can't have. ex: excessively wanting the need to do drugs or drink alcohol, committing sexual encounters without thinking or consent.
gluttony is craving materialistic things / taking them for youself. the feeling you obtain from this object/person overtakes your mind and you think about it nonstop. ex: wanting more of something you already have.
greed is already having a growth of wealth/materials but keeping people below you poor/out of reach. ex: being a rich man but not helping people/things that desperately need it.
pride is thinking you're better than anything else in the world. you don't accept the faults in your actions and see how they can be wrong. ex: believing nothing can go wrong in something you do and hurting those around you with this belief.
wrath is described as excessive violence to things/people. not caring how your actions can affect others. ex:bigotry and physical/mental violence to others.
sloth is described as ignoring the problems surrounding you when you can make a difference by taking action. ex: when a friend needs your help but you ignore their plea/message and pretend you didn't see it.
