"Mr John, can you confirm to the court what time you logged out of the computer at the library and what time you arrived at the café." Clark asked to a silent room.

Tana was sitting at the lawyer table, taking notes as Clark was standing up in front, questioning the accused of his alibi. The case, was a stalking issue that lead to an assault. Mr John who was on stand right now, was being accused of stalking and harassing a colleague of his, to the point that one night in the office he approached them and assaulted when they refused to have anything to do with them. The victim was lucky a cleaner arrived and assisted, otherwise maybe things would have been a lot worse.

She did not know why, but the situation on the case made Tana feel uneasy and a bit ill in the stomach and she could not even imagine the fear that victim would be feeling. They of course were supporting the victim, who was sitting next to her and shaking. Tana glanced at them, and slowly reach other, gripped their shaking hand, to support them.

"I logged out at eleven and took a walk after, arriving at the café at twelve thirty." Mr John claimed.
"Can you be certain these were your times?" Clark asked back.
"Yes, you can check the library and the log out times." Mr John said with a knowing smile.

Clark glanced around and Tana nodded, she knew what he wanted and going into the document folder, she pulled out a time sheet, passing it to him. Clark looked at it, at the same time Tana moved from the table and passed a copy to the jury and the judge before sitting down again.

"Mr John, I have here a time sheet of log ins at the library." Clark said calmly. "This document shows us that yes, you logged out at the time you advised, however, it also shows that you scanned some search engines and used the scanner. This meant you did not actually leave the library at eleven but later then you have told us."
"I did say I walked around." Mr John said shifting in his seat.
"Did you realise Mr John that your actions in the library can be tracked." Clark asked.
"Time sheet yet." Mr John stated.
"And other ways. The computer log showed you saved some documents, which you saved to the hard drive by mistake. This could be recovered by a computer technician if needed." Clark said.
"That is privet stuff." Mr John stated like it was wrong to do so.
"So were the images you saved." Clark said. "if you can look to the screen on the left here Mr John."

The court room did so, and on the screen was a face book profile screen shot. It was belonging to the victim sitting next to Tana. Clark used a clicker and flicked to the next item, which was a number of different images of the victim doing things.

"In the photo on the boom left, it can be seen that Miss Jones has a book in hand, and if you look act the document handed to you, on the second page, you will notice that this is one of the books that Mr john searched for and then further on, scanned some pages of." Clark told the room.

It was clear as to what he was applying by these details. That it was evidence to the fact that Mr John was indeed checking up on Miss Jones and getting information about her. One of the images showed Miss Jones having a conversation on Facebook regarding the café that Mr John went to after the library, where Miss Jones claims she had met up with a friend that afternoon and Mr John claimed to have randomly ran into them. It was clear his claims of randomly running into them at the café was not truth, considering that he had found the information of the plans on Facebook and then went there.

After a full day in the court room, the jury found Mr John guilty of stalking and guilty of the assault due to the evidence provided on that matter as well. Clark once again won the case and as they were packing up, Tana could not help but to think he was really good at his job, very passionate about it too in some cases, like todays. She also started to think to herself, how easy it seemed to stalk somebody by online means. She had always said so to her sister Kylie, who liked to tag locations and post about everything she was doing. It was obvious that people needed to be more careful these days with how easy it was to access stuff and she knew herself, she did not post everything on Facebook, but felt like she wanted to cut back herself on it.
