Third POV
The two snowboarded down to the end of the snowboarding trail. Snowboarders stopped at the bottom, picked up their boards, and made their way to the ski lift to repeat the process.

"Do you know how to flip with the board still on your feet?" Marshall asked Everest.

"I'm struggling," she answered. "I know the steps and all, but I still need more practice."

"Makes sense," Marshall chuckled.

"Okay, so the flip," Everest began.

"Hey," Chase greeted as he made his way to them. "Where's Sk-I mean everyone else?"

"They should be coming down any minute now," Everest laughed.

"What?" Chase wondered.

"Nothing," Everest laughed. "Just that you cut yourself off when you were about to ask for just Skye."

"No, I didn't," Chase quickly denied, shaking his head.

"Uh-huh," Everest laughed, narrowing her eyes.

"There you are," Bolt said, making his way to the three.

"Bolt, are you okay?" Everest asked.

"Hurt, but fine," he shrugged. "Where were you?"

"Well, you ran off before so you were way ahead."

"Where's my sis?"

"She and the others stopped. Not sure why." Suddenly, they heard a crash nearby, alarming them.

"What was that?" Marshall asked, looking around. They all saw Rubble and Rocky collapsed against a tree. Zuma and Skye soon appeared by their sides.

"Do you think they're okay?" Chase asked with a concerned tone.

"Only one way to find out," Everest responded as she sprinted to her friends. Chase, Marshall, and Bolt followed behind.

"Are you guys okay?" Skye questioned as she and Zuma knelt beside them.

"We're fine," Rubble said as he shook the snow off of his head.

"Speak for yourself," Rocky muffled. "You landed on top of me!"

"When we pulled you out, you landed on me," Rubble corrected.

"Yeah, but when we crashed into this tree, you landed on me!" Rocky complained. "My back cracked all over."

"Easy does it," Chase said as he put his hand out to help Rocky up. Rocky managed to stand up, but not straight. He placed his hand on his back and straightened himself up. His bones all cracked as he let out a sigh.

"That's better," he said, relieved.

"You're alive, and that's all that matters," Everest said, aggressively patting his back.

"Yeah, I feel so much better now," Rocky replied, sarcastically.

"Who's up for round two?" Everest asked.

"Not me," Rocky quickly responded.

"Why not?" Skye asked.

"Do you not know what just happened?" Zuma asked.

"Okay, yes, but I don't think that can happen again. Well, it can, but- you know what. Nevermind."

"What I want is hot cocoa," Zuma announced.

"With marshmallows," Rubble dreamed as he licked his lips.

"Why don't you all come over to my house?" Chase offered.
