2nd and last chapter of the day!!! Enjoy😜

Skye's POV
Just me and Ella...again. Everest didn't want to come to cheerleading today because she wanted to avoid Stella. Honestly, I don't feel like she's texting Stella. I mean, I can't really judge. I've never spoken to her in a one-on-one conversation, not even text. So, I can't say it's her or not with the messages. She's kinda dumb enough to give her accounts and information to other people, but who would it be? Even with the feeling of her not being the one who's texting Everest, I don't have any evidence proving it isn't her. I also don't have any information saying who it could be.

"The game is rescheduled to next week," Sweetie announced. "So we'll have plenty of time to come up with a cheer."

"Wait, so you girls haven't come up with a cheer yet?" The principal asked as she approached us.

"Oh," Sweetie nervously laughed. "Mrs. Cosaro. What are you doing here?"

"I came to give the football coach some flyers that need to go home with the football team," she explained. "If you haven't come up with a cheer yet, what have you been doing all week?"

"We have," Sweetie lied. "It's just that we need to finish it."

"No, we haven't," Stella spoke up. "We haven't started practicing any routine." Uh, oh. Whenever Stella speaks, it won't end well.

"Really?" Mrs. Cosaro said, folding her arms. "Then what have you girls been doing?"

"Well, we've been sitting and watching the guys play as we spill some tea. Maggie and I were told to blame Skye for not starting a cheer," Stella blurted out. I couldn't believe it- well, I could. Sweetie always tried getting away with things and blaming them on me. Even if I had nothing to do with anything. She's the team captain anyways. Not me. I don't even want to be here. I'm gonna have to break the news to Ella. Or maybe I won't need to. If I find another activity to do, we could do that instead of cheerleading. That way, I'm not with Sweetie, and I get to do something with both Ella and Everest. "So, yeah. It's Skye's fault," Stella blamed. I feel bad for Stella. She's so clueless and gets used to doing things that shouldn't be done without her knowledge.

"And why is it Skye's fault if she isn't captain?" Mrs. Cosaro questioned.

"I don't know," Stella thought. "It isn't. It's Sweetie- I mean- I'll just stay quiet." Stella got cut off by Sweetie's death stare. She looked aggravated and like she wanted to punch Stella right there and then. If Sweetie could control Stella like that, maybe I could. Hold on, that came out wrong. If Sweetie could get Stella to do certain things, maybe I could do that to get her to explain what's going on with texting Everest on Instagram. And this is the perfect opportunity.

Rocky's POV
"Did they ask anything?" Rex queried.

"Nope," I responded. "But if I know my friends, which I do, they won't ask me anything. They'll act. They'll try and get to the bottom of anything themselves."

"Yikes," Tracker commented.

"And Everest invited me to the park, so something is going to happen," I thought. "Or maybe she'll want to ask me herself and say she won't tell anyone, but then she'll tell everyone." Rex and Tracker both shared a little laugh.

"So, que hacemos?" Tracker asked. "What do we do?"

"Soccer," Rex challeneged.

"Oh, you're on!" Tracker accepted. The two threw their bookbags to the side and ran for the gym.

"Soccer?" I sighed. "Let's see how this goes..."

Everest's POV
"Hunter?" I asked. "You're friends with Hunter?" This won't be good.

"Yeah," Blizzard smiled. "He's cool and nice."

"Nice? You did not just say Hunter is nice."

"Okay, maybe not nice, but- I don't know. He's not bad."

"Not bad? Who are you?"

"Your brother."

"Sadly," I said, rolling my eyes.

"Buuut," Blizzard began. "You like Marshall, don't you?"

"No, I don't," I lied.

"I heard you tell someone yesterday. I think it was Rocky."

"For your information, it was Rubble," I corrected. "And you prob'ly heard wrong."

"I have better hearing than you. I'm 100% sure I heard correctly."

"Well, you're wrong. And if I did, why would you care?"

"I don't."

"Then why- ya know what? I'm not gonna deal with your s*it."

"Ouch," Blizzard said as he put his hand over his chest. I couldn't help but roll my eyes. "I mean, I kinda do. I can bother you with that now." Sometimes my brother acts like he's a four-year-old, maybe two. Rocky couldn't get out of my head. Where has he been all this time? I invited Rocky to hang out with me today at the park. That way, when he leaves, we're all gonna follow him and see where he goes. I just hope nowhere bad. How could we have now noticed he's not been home? We need to get to the bottom of this. I opened the front door as Blizard, and I walked in. "To the fridge," Blizzard instructed as he tossed his book bag on the couch and ran for the kitchen.

"Dad's not home yet?" I asked my brother.

"I guess not," he shrugged. "Dad!?" He didn't receive any answer. Guess he's not home yet. I made my way to the kitchen and took out a soda can from the fridge. I went over to the cabinets and grabbed a package of chocolates. My phone started to ring from the living room, making me let out a little complaint. I jogged over and picked up my phone from the pocket of my sweater.

"Skye?" I asked myself.

"Skye, what!?" Blizzard called from the kitchen.

"Nothing!" I yelled back. "I wasn't even talking to you!" What could Skye want?"

Skye's POV
The "practice" hour had just ended, and we were all getting ready to head home.

"The park, right?" Zuma asked.

"Yep," Ella confirmed.

"'k, see ya there!" He called back from the other side of the field. He and the other guys on the team disappeared into the locker room. I grabbed my bookbag and put both straps on me as I saw Stella do the same.

"I'll be right back," I whispered to Ella, who nodded back. Stella followed Maggie and Sweetie to the gym. I can't miss her.

"Wait, Stella, hold up!" I shouted loud enough for her to hear, but not for Maggie or Sweetie to hear.

"Hey, Skye," Stella smiled. "Oh, wait. Sorry. I'm not supposed to talk to you, not even like you."

"Um, okay?" I confusingly nodded. "Just a quick question, please."

"Uh, okay, I guess."

"Why are you getting into Everest's business so much? And asking her so many questions?"

"Huh?"

"When you text her on Instagram."

"Oh, that's not me." I knew it.

"Then who is it?" Oh no. I need to call Eve.
