Kumori fluttered her eyes open as she stared a ceiling she had grown used to, the sunlight seeping through the window, and the weight of an arm and leg draped over her own.

This wasn't the first this happened, and she knew it was futile to be rid of herself of the arm and leg by herself. "Satoru," Kumori lightly tapped the body.

The body did not move as it continued to center its weight over hers. Kumori tried to shove the body a bit harder. Gojo stirred a bit from his sleep, but he only tightened his hold on her.

Kumori rolled her eyes. She knew Gojo was a light-sleeper, and was putting up this act as and excuse to stay in bed longer. "If you don't get up I'll throw away your stash of sweets," she threatened.

He snuggled his face deeper into her neck. "You won't be able to find it," he mumbled, bits of sleep still evident in his voice.

"You carved a hiding spot in the top right corner of the storage room, behind the cereal box shelf," Kumori gave the directions right to it, making Gojo groan as he rolled his body off her.

"How'd you know?"

"You carved it just before I started living here, since it wouldn't make sense for you to have one beforehand. I also smelled the sawdust," Kumori smirked as she got up from the bed. But Gojo caught her hand and pulled her back into his arms.

"How about we call in a sick day to the school?" He wrapped both arms tightly around her.

"Both of us sick at the same time? You do realize it's basically impossible for us to get sick, let alone both of us?" Kumori snorted at the ridiculous plan.

"It would actually be more plausible if we both said we were sick, because that could mean we got poisoned which is more likely than getting sick from natural sources," Gojo pointed out.

Kumori sighed. She had forgotten he could be smart sometimes. "Too bad. We're teachers, that means we have students to teach." When he didn't lighten his hold, she went to her last resort.

Kumori blackened the room and slipped out of his hold smoothly. She crossed her arms as she stared down at the whining man-child in their shared bed. "Time to get up, or I'll send you to school flying in pajamas," she threatened again, unimpressed.

"That actually sounds like a great idea–"

"Go fucking change Satoru."

So it turns out he had a meeting today, so he wouldn't be able to teach anyways. He left with a carefree smile on his face, kissed her cheek, stuffed his hands in his pocket, and stalked to the awaiting car with Ichiji.

Kumori only huffed as she turned to the three students who were lost. "Looks like you're with the seconds years and I," Kumori said. They didn't protest as they followed her to the classroom.

She wasn't much for lecturing. She believed it was an outdated style, and she really didn't want to talk about words she knew they didn't understand. Instead she taught by having real conversations with them. This allowed her to learn about their interests and get them engaged.

"Senpai!" Itadori raised his hand.

"Itadori-kun?" Kumori glanced at the boy.

"How accurate is Demonslayer compared to real word cursed spirit exorcising?"

Kumori paused for a second, allowing the necessary information to flood her system to answer the question. "Well let's compare the demons to cursed spirits. Demons have rapid self repair, much like our cursed spirits. They feed off humans, something most cursed spirits do, but not all. They are able to speak like our more powerful cursed spirits. But powerwise, I'm surprised the show didn't make them more powerful than our real ones," Kumori said.
