Heheh so...I just finished the manga or at least what's been released and came across some things that I should've brought into consideration beforehand. That being said I had to rewrite some parts in 'my dear wife to be'. I didn't take anything out really...but I had to add some things. I was already getting some of the point across I think by accident because of the vibes the Zenin Clan and the Gojo clans give off to each other, but I realized I had to underline more issues. So I'm sorry but you could reread the meeting scene between the two to understand some of the tension. The gist is basically, there's a giant rift because their ancestors killed the other if you're following the anime.
Kumori flipped the page of her book and let her eyes scan the word like a ping pong match. Her suitcase laid at her side. Shoko was sitting next to her at her designated tree sucking on a lollipop. Her left hand was tapping the handle of her own suitcase.
When Kumori looked up Gojo was doing a handstand while Getou was trying to balance both of their suitcases on the white haired boy. Kumori felt a tap on her hand, it was Shoko and her brown eyes were on the boys as well.
"Do it." Kumori silently nodded, bringing her hand up and flicking her wrist sending a piece of her shadow at the boys.
"Wah! sHiT!" The result was both suitcases toppling over, one hitting Gojo square in the face. Getou only shook his head and sighed. Shoko giggled and Kumori was smirking. Gojo's blue eyes scanned the area trying to find the perpetrator. "Who did that?"
Kumori raised her book, pretending to be reading, her smirk dropped from her face. She breathed out slowly making sure to calm her levels of cursed energy so his six eyes wouldn't track her. All previous implications of her involvements were wiped clean.
When she felt his eyes on her, she held her breath but still made sure her eyes were scanning the page and turning it rhythmically. It was imperative that her usual routine wasn't interrupted.
Shoko was moving from giggling to full on laughing. Gojo's blue eyes narrowed as he looked at the gasping female. "You couldn't even put your infinity up to catch it?" Shoko choked out in between her fits of laughter.
"Oh shut up. More than my dignity's been wounded, excuse me," Gojo dramatically sulked, placing a hand on his chest.
"Yeah, and who's fault is that," Getou shoved at his friend.
"Are you all ready?" Masamichi clapped his hands together to get their attention unenthusiastically. Their principal was standing next to him. It was comical seeing someone as big as Masamichi standing next to their short principal.
A chorus of yes's echoed from the four, eager to get on the train to leave. Shoko more so than the rest, more than 2 hours of rest. It was a sweet deal.
A/n: I'm creating my own version of the train so it won't be exactly like the Nozomi train. It'll be a compartment style, why? Because our main character can't sleep when random people are there 😙✌️, and I think she deserves some sleep.
When Kumori boarded the train, her face paled. The seating style was like an airplane's so they were all open. "Forget about getting any sleep..." She slouched in disappointed.
"Zenin! Our seats are over here! There's less of us so sensei booked a compartment instead," Getou called to her. Kumori's face immediately brightened.
She stepped into a room with blue hues of velvet as the seats. She raised a hand, having her shadow lift her suitcase to sit safely in the designated spot.
"You're lucky your technique is so useful chibi-chan," Gojo said from behind her. "It makes up for other things you lack."
"I regret I can't say the same for you. If only there was a cursed technique that upped one's intelligence," she retorted back without missing a beat.
