Friendly reminder that in this story, I fucked up with the timeline so our star couple are 20 years old. Since it's not December Gojo's still 20, and since it's not March Kumori is still 20 as well. By year however, they're 21.

This chapter is lowkey messy but really cute. If I section it off, the next part isn't part of the day. Like this is more of a headcanons chapter if that makes any sense.

It was no surprise to anyone that Gojo had tiktok. That made him a part of Gen Z, and mix is sure for chaos. And like most TikTok platforms, and he's in his prime, what could possibly be on his account?

Nothing, surprisingly. You'd think thirst trap videos, or even couple challenges with his wondrous fiancé, but he liked to keep it lowkey. Maybe it was because he had his fair share of the lick of fame all his life. Or maybe it was because he was busy, but that answer sounds too cliché. But he preferred to just scroll through the app and watch other people look like goons.

Though occasionally if he scrolled past something, took a glance around the room to see if all the necessary supplies were present, he'd get up and do it.

And today just seemed to be one of those days. Kumori was flipping through her book, the only few movement she made were to bite her lip (which he thought was terribly cute), brush a lock of hair behind her ear, or rub circles into his leg. She was sitting at the end of the couch while he draped his long legs over the entirety of the couch, resting his feet on her thighs.

He knew he was with her, and didn't need to hide anything from Kumori, but he preferred to use his phone with headphones on, because you never know if something embarrassing could pop up. It was a courtesy for the other people in the room too, and the quality of the videos was just better. So when the challenge came up it was only him who could hear.

He moved his phone a bit to look at her. Her dark eyes darted over the page like a rapid ping pong match. He always marvelled how fast she could consume the knowledge of words. But she'd been at it for two hours now, he only plopped there on the couch after an hour of walking around the house bored.

And now he really wanted her attention.

Gojo slid his headphones down to his neck as he just held his phone normally acting like he was still scrolling through it. The second he pushed his headphones down, Kumori glanced at him.

Curse her for being so attentive.

"Reading something?" She hummed as she moved back to her book. Of course she noticed he'd only wear his headphones if he was watching something.

"Yeah," he said, making sure he did the extra work of making his azure eyes glide across his phone worthlessly to mimic the action of reading. He waited a few minutes, even having to restart the video, before he asked the question. "Babe?"

Kumori hummed in response, not turning her head. She didn't cease her rubbing those circles on his legs.

"I feel like you could've been nicer to me today."

Kumori froze, her soothing movements on his leg ceased, the book almost falling limp as she obviously didn't expect that. "Oh yeah?"

Shit. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea. Gojo felt his sweat drop at her tone as she slowly turned her head to face him. He let out a breath when he noticed that they hadn't turned red yet, which was a good sign. But he couldn't just go back now.

"Yeah. Just a bit," he kept his tone neutral, adding in a sprinkle of a pout as her eyes narrowed.

"How so?" her voice slightly clipped as she stared down at him seriously.
