LUA'S POV
"Honey, come here." nakangiting pahayag ni Mama Luna sa akin nang makalabas ako galing sa kusina.
"Bakit po? May kailangan po ba kayo sa akin?" pagtatanong ko rito nang tumabi ako sa kanya sa sofa.
"Your Tita Heather just arrived yesterday. They will be having a welcome party for tomorrow's night and she invited us to join them. Wanna come?" nakangiting pahayag niya sa akin.
"Really?! Kasama ba nila si Wealth?" excited kong pagtatanong kay Mama.
"Hindi daw nila kasama si Wealth dahil noong nakaraang taon ay umalis daw ito nang walang paalam sa kanila." malungkot na paliwanag niya sa akin.
Bagsak ang balikat kong tugon sa kanya.
"I'm sorry, honey. But I guess it's not yet the right time for you two to see each other. Maybe, Wealth has other plans for you guys to meet again." sambit niya sa akin habang hawak ang balikat ko.
Pilit na ngumiti lang ako at nagpaalam na magpapahinga sa kwarto, "I'll just go upstairs, Ma."

"It's been a while, Deva! You look goddess as always! Come here! Let me hug you, hija! I just missed you so much!" niyakap ako ni Tita Heather nang mahigpit kaya napayakap din ako sa kanya.
"Thanks, Tita, I miss you more po! How's your life po?" nakangiting tanong ko rito.
"I'm fine, I was just recovered from my lung treatment," kwento niya habang iginagayak ako patungo sa tanggapan ng kanilang mansion at nakasunod naman ang parents ko sa amin, "Almost 6 years, when the last time I saw you hija, how's school? Your Mama Luna told me that you're the student body president in your school."
"Yes, Tita, I am a student body president. Hmm, about school? Slightly struggle, but I can manage it." I said it in a humble tone.
"How about your lovelife? Do you have one now?" tanong pa nito.
Ngumiti lang ako at hindi sumagot sa kanyang katanungan patungkol sa bagay na 'yon.
"Ohh, I see," she giggles, "I heard from Luna that you already have a suitor, a son of their business partner and also he's your classmate. I guess that's him."
Nanahimik lang ako at napamasid sa paligid.
"If you're wondering about Wealth, he's not around, and we haven't talked to him for almost a year. No one knows where he is now. I hope he's fine as he always does. He disappear last year without any trace. But I know my son will show himself sooner, especially to you. I know how much he missed you, hija." biglang pahayag ni Tita Heather.
Napilitan akong ngumiti kahit nalulungkot akong hindi makita ang matagal kong hinihintay mula noong umalis sila.
"I also missed him a lot, Tita. But yeah, he's not around, so, let's just enjoy the night, Tita. I must excuse myself for a while po? I leave you with Tita Heather muna, Ma, so you could catch pa po. I just wanna roam around po, if you allowed me?" paalam ko sa kanila.
"Go on, hija. I'll called you later." pagsasang-ayon ni Mama Luna kaya tumayo ako at gumayak papunta sa pool area nila.
Hinubad ko ang suot kong ankle boots at nilapag sa tabi ko saka nilublob ang mga paa ko sa pool bago tumingin sa mabituing kalangitan.
I sighed twice as I looked at my reflection in the pool.
"He's not really here, ha? But I'm actually bored. I want to go home now." bulong ko sa sarili ko.
