POLARIS' POV

"Halur, may pogi na naghahanap sayo sa secret garden, Miss Deva! Puntahan mo dali!" maingay na bungad ni Titania kay Lua habang kumakain kami ng lunch sa cafeteria.

Napatingin kaming lahat sa kanya at naghihintay ng susunod niyang sasabihin kay Lua.

"Sabi niya sa akin na puntahan mo raw siya doon pagkatapos mong kumain ng lunch mo at may importante daw siyang sasabihin sayo." dugtong pa ni Titania bago dumukot ng chips kay Glyndon na kinakain nito.

Tumango naman si Lua. Tinatapos na naming kumain at naglakad papunta doon. May nakita kaming lalaking nakatayo doon sa gazebo na nakatalikod sa amin. Base sa itsura niya mula sa kinatatayuan namin, halatang may lahi siya at matured na ito ng kaunti sa akin dahil sa pananamit niyang parang isang CEO ng malaking kompanya. Sa tindig niya ay mararamdaman mo kung gaano siya naka-i-intimidate pero parang halos ahead lang siya sa amin, siguro mga isa o dalawang taon.

Bigla itong humarap sa amin.

"WEALTH?!" gulat na saad ni Lua at tumakbo papalapit sa lalaki na mahigpit niya itong niyakap habang humihikbi.

Lumapit kami ng kaunti sa kanila.

"How are you, my bali?" tanong nito kay Lua habang nakayakap at humalik sa noo niya.

"I'm doing great!" parang bata niyang sagot rito, "I missed you so much, bali!"

"I miss you more, bali." nakangiting saad niya.

"Where have you been? You left me without saying goodbye, and now, you have the guts to be back here without saying hello. You're so unfair! I've been waiting for you since then." reklamo ni Lua kay Wealth at napasuntok sa balikat nito na ikinangiti niya.

So, siya pala iyong childhood best friend niyang umalis ng walang paalam noon?

"How can I say goodbye to you before, if I woke up that I was already gone here and we are already move in the States? I wanted to contact you as soon as possible and tell you where I was before, but I was forbidden to use any gadgets because they enrolled me in a boarding school there. Gadgets are not allowed in school premises. And how can I say hello to you when I come back here if thinking that you are so mad at me that I left you alone without telling you where I was before and the reason why we left suddenly without saying to anyone? I tried to visit you here twice, but I can't have the courage to approach you because looking at you from afar was like looking at another person I haven't seen before. I'm sorry, Bali, for leaving you and for everything. You may not forgive me by now, but I want to make it right for you. Can you give me a chance to do it?" Wealth explained.

Lua heavily sighing and nodded, "I already forgot that day you left me before, and I will forgive you, but on one condition, you make it right to me as you said."

"What kind of condition?" Wealth asked with confusion.

"I will tell if I have one." She laughed.

"Same as old, ha?" Wealth teased.

"Whatever, Bali! But why are you looking like that? Kinda of casual attire for a CEO or businessman? Aren't you a student or something?" Lua curiously asked.

"Because I was really a CEO of the company, I mean my own tech company, and I already finished my college degree in the States. That's why, I'm not a student anymore." Wealth confidently answered.
