True Emotions (Bakugou x Reader)

You and Katsuki walked out of the large castle doors, and found your parents chatting. Evidently waiting for the two of you to arrive.

"Ahh, there you are. Where were you two love birds huh?" King Masaru said, chuckling.

"tsk, don't get any ideas idiot." Katsuki scoffed as he grabbed your hand and dragged you over to where your parents were standing.

"Could I borrow Y/n for a moment, if it's not too much trouble?" Kaname asked Katsuki's parents.

"Yes of course, who are we to say no." Queen Mitsuki said, smiling. Kaname walked over to you and pulled you away from the group.

When you arrived at the garden he finally spoke.

"Listen, I'm sorry I didn't consider your feelings. I hope you do not leave with hatred for me. I never had ill intentions."

You looked up at him, tears brimming your eyes.

"No, you did what you had to. It's ok, Katsuki is nothing like the rumors. It's ok." You say, as a tear fell from your soft e/c eyes.

"Please don't force yourself to do anything, I know how stubborn you are. I don't want you to do things, just because they're good for the kingdom." He said, sternly.

"I can't promise you anything. I will do what is best for everyone. It doesn't matter if I get hurt. Please don't worry about me. Your the king of your own country." You say smiling at him.

"I just know, you will be an amazing ruler, Y/n" Kaname said, smiling back at you.

"Well, I'm not yet. I have to marry first." You smirked.

"If he hurts you in any way at all, you send me a letter immediately." He said in a harsh tone. You couldn't help but laugh.

"Ok, but I doubt that will happen. Katsuki couldn't hurt a fly, trust me." You said giggling. "Ive got to go now, kaname. Please stop worrying, ok?"

"No can do sis. I'm your big brother, I'm supposed to worry." He said smiling cockily.

"Whatever" You said as you started to walk out of the garden. You made your way back to the carriages.

"Oh Y/n, It's time to go." King Masaru said as he climbed into one of the larger carriages.

"Ok" You said back. You turned around to see your family standing a couple feet behind you.

"Take care, ok?" You said to Kaname. He nodded, tears brimming his eyes. You then turned to face your sister and step mother.

"I forgive you, I hope that you will be at peace now that I am gone." You say giving them a small smile.

You then walked over to the large carriage where Katsuki and his parents were already sitting, waiting to leave.

"I'm sorry, for making you wait." You said as you sat next to Katsuki.

"Oh, it's no problem dear. It's hard to say goodbye to the people you love." Queen Mitsuki said smiling warmly.

"Thank you Miss Bakugou" You said smiling softly.

"Oh no, please call me Mitsuki." She said correcting you.

"Alright" You say nodding.

The rest of the journey was for the majority silent. You stared out the large window gently swaying with the movement of the carriage.

Mitsuki and Masaru were both chatting quietly. Katsuki was staring out the other window ignoring the world.

You eventually opened the book in your hand and continued reading. Slowly you felt your eyelids getting heavier and your body felt numb. You fell asleep to the gentle rock of the carriage.

The journey was going rather smoothly, but it was boring as hell. Every time I look over at Y/n she has her nose stuck in that book. It doesn't help that my parent wont start up a dam conversation, so we are just sitting in silence.

It's super annoying. Soon I felt something light fall on my shoulder. I look over to see Y/n fast asleep on my shoulder. The book she was reading had fallen off her lap and onto the floor.

She was absolutely adorable as she slept. She looked at peace as she softly nuzzled her head into my shoulder.

I could feel my heart speed up and I felt my body getting hotter.

What the hell?!

I heard my parents snickering. I didn't want to wake you up so I just sent them a glare that could kill. Obviously it didn't work, it just made them laugh. Eventually I felt myself falling asleep with her.

I woke up to see my parents happily talking to themselves.

"oi, when are we getting there?" I asked them.

"I'm about an hour or so," My mother said as she looked at me and snickered.

You felt yourself lying on something hard. You sit up to see you were sleeping on Katsuki's shoulder.

You fall back on the space next to you, a blush rising on your face.

"Ahh, I'm sooo sorry. IdidntmeantofallasleeponyouImsorryItwonthappenagainpleaseforgiveme." You rambled in embarrassment.

"Shut it, it's fine," Katsuki said in an annoyed tone.

"pffffff haha"

You turned to see Mitsuki falling over with laughter as she witnessed the scene unfolding.

Your blush deepened.
