Once the girls had reached the downtown area, they wasted no time in running in and out of different stores. Some were just local stores filled with souvenirs and trinkets, some were duty free full of perfumes and alcohol, whilst the rest were designer stores with an attractive discount price thanks to the 0 tax policy. They felt like they had died and gone duty free to heaven.
"Y/N look! Chanel!" Sarah yelled excitedly, grabbing her friends hands and pulling them across the street into the store.
"Since when have you been into Chanel?" Haven scoffed as soon as they stepped into the perfectly air conditioned store, grabbing at the fabrics on the first railing almost choking when seeing the price tag.
"Since my boyfriend gave me his credit card as well." Sarah retorts, holding a floral dress against her body in front of the mirror.
"Oh great!" Haven huffs. "So I'm the only one that doesn't have a boyfriend acting as a sugar daddy?"
"He's not my sugar daddy." Y/N informs her, a little offended by the title. "We are in love, sugar daddies and babies don't love each other, they just use each other. Big difference."
Hearing such words instantly had Y/N's back up. If a close friend like Haven would have no issue in blurting something like that out, then heaven knows what others may say. But then she remembered, she fought with herself for a long time to allow Jimin to spoil her. And the sparkle in his eyes when she finally agreed to his terms only made her just want to enjoy the day more, and throw any doubt out of the window.
Walking over to the men's section, her eyes lit up when she spotted a cream cashmere sweater hanging up high on a rack, the famous Chanel C embroidered on the front was classy and not flashy, reminding her of a certain man that was just like that.
"Excuse me?" She calls out to the sales woman. "Please can you get this for me in a medium?" Pointing at the sweater as the clerk shuffles over, Y/N grows excited knowing that Jimin will love it just as much as she does.
"Anything else ma'am?" The sales woman asks, placing the sweater on the counter.
"I don't think so." She smiles at her, pulling Jimin's card from her purse and handing it to her.
"Oh Mrs Park!" The clerk gasps. "Your husband called ahead and had me pull and box some things up for you. He said he had a feeling you would find your way to our store." She grins, clicking her fingers at her associate that soon disappears out into a back room.
What is it with the whole Mrs Park thing today?? Y/N thinks to herself, watching the sales people running around and dropping mountains of bags by her feet.
"Y/N? What the hell is going on?" Haven says as she steps beside her, looking around at the bags on the floor. "Did you have a lapse in judgment and buy the whole damn store?"
