Lily helps her propose to you (requested)

"Hello!" You called out as you walked through the front door. Just as you hoped, you were greeted with your little girl running down the stairs, her big smile showing as she rushed over to you.

She seemed more excited than usual, something big happening making her bounce on her feet as she stared up at you in wonder and delight.

"Hello, honey! Did you have a good day with Rosé?"

She nodded and hugged your legs before taking your hand into her tiny one.

"Did you have fun? What'd you do?"

"Play!" She giggled.

"That's always fun! Where is Rosie, by the way?"

"Up!" She said and pointed to the stairs before dragging you up them as fast as she possibly could.

"Okay, okay! I'm right behind you, sweetie!" You laughed, finding it absolutely adorable how excited she seemed to be.

She was certainly in a hurry to show you something, but you thought it was just because she had something to show you.

"What's going on?"

"Rosé!" She exclaimed happily and dragged you down the hall to your room.

"What about Rosie? Is she okay?" You wondered. "Did you draw on her? Did you make a mess with your tea party?" You laughed, simply teasing the happy little girl, but you stopped when she dropped your hand as you stood in the doorway, finding Rosie waiting for you on the foot of the bed with flower petals scattered across the floor.

"Hey, baby," she smiled and got up to walk to you. "How was your day?"

"Good," you smiled, ears turning red as she kissed you, making Lily squeal as she covered her eyes. "What's all this?"

"Roses," she paused and looked at Lily, "And Lillies. Guess who picked those out."

Your heart fluttered at the giggle that fell from your little girl's lips as she squirmed when Rose leaned over to tickle her.

"They're beautiful. But... what are they all for?"

Rosie looked between you and Lily before clearing her throat nervously. Her hands were beginning to shake, her smile fading slightly as she started to lick her lips.

"Just something special for you." She said before lowering her head and taking a deep breath. "I love you. I love you so much. I love Lily and I love the way you've changed my life. You both make every single day of my busy and sometimes complicated life so wonderful. You brighten up my entire world. You make me so happy, both of you."

She looked at Lily and nodded her head and you watched Lily pull the tiny velvet box from her hoodie.

"You're the best things to ever happen to me. I always say that you're my family, all the time. I never stop talking about you both, every chance I get. I'm so proud to have you both. I want to spend the rest of my life doing just that; bragging to everyone about how perfect my little family is. Y/n,"

Lily opened the box, showing you the beautiful ring, and tears filled your eyes.

"Will you marry me?"

You looked between the two of them, finding them staring back at you looking hopeful and happy.

"Yes! Of course, I will!"

Rosé slipped the ring on your finger and threw her arms around you. Lily hugged you both, wrapping her tiny arms around your legs, and staring up at you with big and bright eyes.

"Hear that, baby? She said yes!" Rosé said as she knelt on the floor to hug Lily tight.

"Yay!" She cheered and you stared down at the ring before looking at your girls.

They were truly the greatest things to ever happen to you. Your little girl and now your fiancée, who will soon be your wife.

The best things are still in front of you and you know with them by your side, it'd be an exciting journey, and you can't wait to spend every moment of it with them; your family.
