Part 20: Tell Me a Story (1 of 2)

The next morning I woke up feeling absolutely horrible. My sisters pestered me with questions about Tyler as my head was killing me. My mother told them to stop and forced them to do chores. She gave me something for my head and within the hour I started to feel better. However I soon remember something. Tyler made a promise to me to tell me what happened when he was 9. So I got dressed and headed out to go see him. When I got to his house I saw Kepler and his idiot friends messing around Tyler's front door.

"Hey! What are idiots doing!?"

"Nothing that concerns you slut!" One of them said.

I then said, "I am soooo glad you called me that. Now I won't feel bad for what I'm about to do to you!"

Tyler lives in the only house at the end of a very deserted street. So no one was around to see me beat the snot out of 4 grown men at once, Kepler included. They managed to land a blow or two, but nothing that would leave a visible mark. Apparently they were trying to break into Tyler's house. In all honesty I might have saved them by kicking their asses. Tyler might not have been as forgiving as me... that's a lie. He was very forgiving. I just wanted an excuse to kick some ass.

I knock and get no answer. So I bang on the door for 5 minutes straight until he finally opens it. "Who the he...! Oh! Kristyn! Hi! Come in. I am soooo sorry I was..."

I cut him off, "Sleeping? Yeah. I know. It's ok Djad Ahbi." I kiss him on the cheek as I walk past him.

"Uh... yeah. I was. Have a seat. Make yourself comfortable. Want anything? Coffee? Tea? something good for hangovers maybe?" He said with that goofy smile on his face.

"Ugh! Don't you start with me! I'm never drinking again! I felt horrible this morning. And my sisters would not shut up about you! Gosh! And... and... wait... No. losing focus. I'm actually here because I want to ask you... about what happened to you when you were 9. You promised you'd tell me after it was all over."

He then said "Aah yes. I did say that... well I guess it's time you knew. I'll tell you everything."
