Elizabeth Pov.
Ive been hanging around Merlin and Author lately ever since sir Meliodas had gone.Ive became very fond of Author he's very kind to me.Oh no do I feelings for Author!? Well he is nice and gentle and sweet. I think I do like him. But still even so we still cant give up on getting Meliodas.
"How is it going now Merlin?"
"Its going pretty good I need a little more time"
"Oh hey Elizabeth" Author says walkin into Merlin's lab.
"Oh hi Author" Merlin notices my nervousness and chuckled.
"Oh I've also been working on this sword I was hoping you can wield it author, because everyone I try to give it to can not. I named it Rosa (I really just found something on google lol the picture of it is above it can also be any color u want)
"Elizabeth do you want to try" merlin asked me.
After attempting I couldn't either
"Elizabeth can I speak to you outside" Author says
"Sure"
"Wait while you guys are out there can you go out to town and pick me up some flowers called Orchids, a man called Kosco sells them" merlin says
"Will do" I say
A tiny time skip
The walk was silent at first "so Author what is it you wanted to talk about?"
"About that.. will you accompany me to a family dinner?"
My body became very hot and my cheeks turned red.
"Um Elizabeth is that a no?! Nevermind forget it." He says nervously.
"No no no its not that I would love to go with you"
"Really?!"
"Yes" I chuckle and say.So where do think the man Kosco is?"
"I honestly dont know let go ask some one"
"Excuse me sir do you know anyone name kosco that sells flowers?"
"That'll be me,what can i help you two with?"
"Picking up the flower called Orchids?." Author says a little confused
"Are they for your girlfriend here"
Me and author look at each other and turn as red as can be.
"Just kidding" the man says laughing. "Well here go the flowers I forgot to ask pick up for merlin right?"
"Yes sir" Author says "shall we go" he offers me his hand I was hesitant at first. On our way back to Merlin's we ran into diane she said she was going to get her pills to make smaller. She realized me and Author were holding hands she whispered in my ear " we seriously need girl talk!" she says excitedly.

"Were back merlin and Diane's with us" Author says
"Oh and here are the flowers you asked for"
"Thank you and Diane here are your pills" Merlin says bringing them outside to bring to Diane.
Diane dragged me outside
"I'll pick you up at 8:30!" Author yells as Diane kept pulling me.
"So Elizabeth you and Author huhh when did this happen" she says getting overly excited.
"Well ever since Sir Meliodas has gone I've been spending time with him ,and I guess we just clicked and tonight he invited me to a dinner with his family I'm kinda nervous. I say as a tint of pink arose on my cheeks."
"Im happy for you Elizabeth I really am ,but are you sure you like him or you just want to like him because the captain isn't here?"
"Its not like that Diane I truly do like him"
"Well I am happy for you but the real question here is are we going to go shopping?"
"Of course!"

When me and Diane were done shopping I put on my dress and got ready, also with the help of Diane. 8:30 had came and Author was outside.
"El-Elizabeth you look beautiful"
"Thank you,and you look very handsome." On our way Author was telling me about his family and how he was becoming king and we traded stories the more we talked the more I fell in love.
Time skip (they were done eating)

"Again I had a wonderful night thanks for having me".
"No problem" his father says.
His parents left the big dining room so it was just me and him alone.
"Would you like some music Elizabeth"?
"Sure"
Author had some one in his house play music
"May I have this dance".
I got really nervous but took his hand, we danced slow, our bodies touching. He dipped me down and when I came back up we looked at each other then he went in for a kiss. Ive only ever felt this way with meliodas. My emotions felt confused but it just felt like i was doing the right thing.
"Im sorry I shouldn't have" he says embarrassed
"Uh uh its okay" I leaned back in to kiss him

A/N like i said in the beginning this chapter was really just about Elizabeth and i wanted to add this so the plot kinda makes sense.But yea and i don't even think the sds mention much on Author's family so i was really just writing stuff off my head. But hoped yall like this chapter💙
