The smell of Bucky filled your nose, and a smile crept onto your face. When he plopped next to you on the couch, you immediately crawled onto his lap. The material of his shirt felt so soft rubbing against your flushed cheek as you snuggled closer to the warm body you are laying upon.
He snakes his arms around you, and you let out a soft sigh. "I love you Bucky bear." His breath fanned over your skin as a chuckle escaped his soft lips. "I love you too my baby bear." He said, planting a small kiss to your forehead.
When he held you, the triles and tribulations you were currently going through felt like they were gone. It was as if you were a new person when he held you. With every touch to your head, hair, back, anywhere; you would melt.
Just like ice next to a fire. His soft yet calloused fingers, found the edge of your shirt and pushed under softly. He dragged his finger tips over your back, gently tickling your back, relaxing you instantly. The way he held you, was the way a mother holds her new born. Safe, tight, and protected. He wants you to be safe, and he is doing is darn best to keep you out of harms way.
