She was practically sobbing, remembering all of the memories they made together. Sneaking through the halls on New Year's Eve to kiss on top of the Astronomy Tower at midnight, shagging in the Divination Room, saying their first 'I love you' on Halloween after the feast.

She wiped her tears, planning to stop singing right then and there and leave the room. But someone's voice continued the song and made her stop in her tracks.

In the doorway, leaning against the doorframe, was Draco Malfoy. She glanced at him and he raised his eyebrows.

They finished the song together, and Draco took a step towards her. She let out a strangled sob and ran to him, throwing her arms around his neck. "I'm sorry," he whispered into the crook of her neck. She shook her head, pulling away from him.

"No," she sobbed. "I'm sorry. I should've held on to you. I shouldn't have let you go. I love you, Draco Malfoy and I'm so so sorry for ever letting you go."

He pulled her into his chest. "I love you too. I shouldn't have ever let my father tear us apart." He kissed the tip of her ear. 

She leaned back. His hands move to her chin, pulling her lips to his. She grinned into the kiss, pulling him even (if possible) closer. They were together again, and that was all that mattered.
