"Attention, all students! Please come to the auditorium as soon as possible for an important announcement!"

Iroha looked up from reading her manga, both confused and curious about what Monocrow was planning to announce to the class - if you can even call them that. Mikado kidnapped a bunch of Ultimate Students and brought them to an island, and the trip there made Iroha seasick a couple of times.

Mikado administered gravol for her and Nikei when they were sick, but the trip had been for nothing in the end. Still, Iroha was happy to have made a lot of friends on the Isle of Nowhere. And Monocrow was a pretty good teacher, he was less strict though he did enforce the rules.

Speaking of, she needed to go listen to the announcement. She put her manga on her table and left her dorm, making her way down to the auditorium on the first floor, where everyone else was entering with her. Iroha wasn't good around people, so she went to find her small group so she would at least be comforted by them.

Once everyone had gathered in the auditorium, Monocrow flew in and perched on his podium. "Good afternoon, students! I'm grateful that you all took the time to come down here!" He greeted.

"That's because you called us, birdass. What's this about?" Syobai spoke out, and a few giggles quietly came from the crowd.

"Well, after the party in the Tower of Babel went well with the ballroom dancing and all - once again, my apologies to Mr. Sannoji for getting the music - I've decided that an official event should be hosted." Monocrow announced. "As I had suggested during the party then, this will be an official ball event, which will be hosted in front of Kurokawa Shrine on the second island."

A bunch of excited murmurs broke out at the news of a ball, and Monocrow quickly silenced the class. "Now, in preparation for this event, I have placed a bunch of new outfits to choose from in the dress-up part of the Mythical Wonders Museum, also on the second island, so please choose something nice, feel free to take it back to your room as well to adjust or add things. Later today, I will direct the party committee on how to decorate in front of the shrine. That is all! Party committee, please meet me there at three o'clock!"

Monocrow flew back out, leaving the students from a range of excited to interested for this ball. Everyone dispersed soon after the announcement, some to the dining hall to get lunch, others to the monster museum to try on outfits, and some elsewhere to their own devices. Iroha went to the monster museum, wanting to find something that would fit her and then learn how to dance in it.

It wasn't a long walk for someone as excited as her, and Iroha happily entered the museum with a happy expression on her face. As she walked into the dressing room, she noticed Hibiki choosing a fancy outfit.

"Woah, that dress looks like it could be from an anime, maybe like Precure!" Iroha marvelled, catching the vocalist's attention.

"Yeah, it looks really pretty! And it fits me, so I think I'll wear it! Kanade's gonna wear a matching one too, we'll both look so pretty!" Hibiki exclaimed. "Do you need help finding your dress, Roro? I can help you! What's your favourite colour?"

"Um, I really like green." The painter offered, and she yelped as the shorter girl grabbed her hand and quickly dragged her further into the dressing room. In fact, so quickly that Iroha was pulled into a structure pole. "Oww... You gave me a black eye. I think." Iroha groaned.

"No time for that, we have to find you a dress!" The vocalist continued, and they finally stopped at the back. "Sorry about that, Roro, I'll get you an ice pack after this. But there are a lot of green dresses here, so let's find one in your size!"

It took about fifteen minutes to browse through the green dresses and compare them to Iroha's small figure, but they eventually settled on one that was turquoise and had a bow she could wear on her head. She had a dress similar to that in her childhood. She always loved that dress, even if her parents did terrible things to her.

After Iroha picked out to dress, Hibiki dragged her back to the Monocruise and sat her down in the infirmary, apologizing to her once more for running her into a pole. Iroha forgave her, saying that others had done much worse than her and never apologizing for it, but Hibiki already told her that she would be doing the painter's makeup on the night of the ball if a black eye formed. Either way, Iroha didn't mind, she finally had her dress.
