It was probably 2:00 AM. If I felt like an insomniac yesterday, today was worst.

My head was full of thoughts. I couldn't even stop thinking for a minute. I kept thinking about my decision of staying silent. I'm such a coward.

As I laid in my bed, drowning in thought, I started hearing noises coming from outside. I heard some rustling. Perhaps it was the wind, or an animal.

I went back to my thoughts. Drowning in guilt. Thinking about how I probably should have told Levi about Bertholdt and Reiner, considering that if I tell him now, I would just seem suspicious automatically.

Suddenly my window flung open. The loud noise made me jump in fear.

I turned to see a large figure dressed in black and their face completely covered.

Before I could scream they plunged at me, slapping their hand over my mouth. My screams were completely muffled.

"If you keep screaming I'll kill you" They whispered with a low raspy voice. I immediately complied and stopped screaming.

They took out some fabric from a bag they were carrying and completely filled my mouth with it. Now even if I tried to scream nobody would hear me.

They then took out rope and tied my hands behind my back.

I was shaking in fear, not understanding what was happening. I tried to say something but my mouth was so full with the fabric that trying to speak hurt tremendously. My jaw was in so much pain. And my wrists were too considering how tightly they were tying my hands.

After they tied my hands, they turned back to their bag, taking out even more rope out of it.

I didn't even hesitate. My eyes shifted to the window that they had left open. In a split second I decided to throw myself out of the window.

The adrenaline was kicking.

The person clearly didn't anticipate it because it took them a second to also reach for the window.

Before they could reach me I stood up from the ground, dirt and grass all over me, and I started running as fast as I could.

Still with my hands tied behind my back and my mouth still gagging on the fabric. I ran.

I ran for a few seconds seemingly without a destination, feeling the person start to catch up behind me. But then my mind thought of one person: Levi.

I ran towards his office.

I ran as fast as I could, tears rolling down my face. I didn't want to die today. I wasn't going to.

All I could think about was surviving.

I reached his hallway, still running at maximum speed, not turning around, not minding the person chasing me. I had no idea how close they were or if they were even still behind me. All I could focus on was on getting to Levi.

I could see the door to his office now. I didn't slow down, I just charged towards his door, towards him.

Before I knew it I hit his door with my body. I almost saw stars from the sudden impact, but I didn't stop.

I started banging his door with my body, trying to cry out for help, I was still muffled but I tried to hum loudly, I tried to make any sound I could.

It felt like forever.

Then I felt my body fall into his office. He had opened the door.

I was now in the ground in front of him, with my hands tied behind my back, mouth shut, covered in grass, dirt and tears.
