⚠️ Adult content in this chapter! ⚠️
Ps. Sorry I took so long to start posting again! I finished the manga and kind of got too depressed to even look at AOT content but I'm back :)
I'm kind of liking where the story is going so expect a lot more random chapter drops ~ Enjoy!_________
The doors slowly creaked open, I looked over to see Levi making his way into the room.
I was facing him, barely sitting on the edge of his desk, with my hands holding the edges on either sides of my body.
"Levi..." I looked at his face, which was covered by his hair since he kept his head down, looking at the ground.
He locked the door behind him and started walking towards me, as he walked over his eyes shifted towards me, there was an expression on his face that I hadn't seen before.
He walked over until he was right in front of me. We both stared at each other, completely focused on each other's expression.
"You look upset" His words made my heart drop.
"I am. I don't really want to leave" I looked down not understanding my own emotions.
Levi inched even closer to me, "Why not? You must miss your home"
"I do but..." I apprehensively licked my lips.
"But?..." Levi's hand travelled to the side of my head, he brushed the hair strands in front of my face behind my ears delicately.
I placed my hand on top of his hand and closed my eyes.
I enjoyed his touch.
"I didn't even have time to sort out my feelings" I whispered, giving in to his touch.
"Hm..." He paused his movement for a second. "When were you thinking of leaving?" His voice was soothing and calm.
"I have to arrive as soon as possible so—tomorrow" I pressed my lips together, feeling my stomach drop from the realization that these were probably our last moments together.
"Y/N, you weren't safe here with Reiner and Bertholdt, it is better you go back home" He placed his hands on both of my shoulders, and started softly rubbing them with his thumbs.
"I know but..."
"It's better this way, it's better you not be dependent of someone who could die at any moment outside of the walls" He whispered softly.
"But..." A knot started to form in my throat.
"It's best you stay away from all of this..." He sighed deeply.
I looked up at him, examining his pale blue eyes, his porcelain skin, his soft jet black hair that shaped his perfectly structured face.
I reached out to cup his cheek with my hand, for a second not remembering if I was allowed to touch him. Is he real? Was any of this real?
"What if I go home and sort out my feelings only to realize that I didn't hate you at all" I said while I caressed his soft cheek.
Levi's lips curved into a sweet smile. A smile I had never seen before.
My heart melted.
"We have one more night to sort our feelings out" He leaned closer to me, his hands traveling from my shoulders to my waist.
My eyes widened slightly, "I didn't know you could be so direct" I smiled back at him.
He immediately blushed, "T-that's n-not exactly what I m-meant"
