The episode starts with Ishani being smiling after what she has heard from Vansh.

She didn't said another word and she preferred to talk more deeply about this topic when they reach to the house.

Afterwards, Vansh and Ishani have reached to VR mansion.

Vansh was running to reach to his room.

So he could be able to close the door of his room on himself and not make Ishani reach to him because he knows that she will not leave him without knowing everything.

When he was going to close the door of his room, Ishani came and she stops him from closing the door.

Ishani: No Vansh bro. You will not be able to escape from me this time without telling me the whole story.

Vansh: Ishani, I'm tired and I want to take some rest.

She has succeeded in entering the room.

Then she closed the door so she could talk with Vansh comfortably.

Ishani: Vansh bro I will not leave you until I know everything.

Vansh has seated on the coach as he has surrendered that Ishani could leave without knowing since when he starts owing feeling to Riddhima.

Actually, Vansh was the one who needs to confess his feelings even if he will talk about those feelings to Ishani not to Riddhima herself.

He was just needing to talk about his feelings that he was hiding it since the previous 2 years.

Ishani: So tell me Vansh bro how you have succeeded in hiding your feelings during the previous 2 years? How none of us was able to notice your feelings?! Vansh starts telling Ishani how he has fallen for Riddhima since the first day he has met her on it.

He tells her how he was sure to not make anyone notice his love towards Riddhima because he wasn't wanting to cause problems in her relationship when he was thinking that Aryan is a good person and he deserves Riddhima.

Ishani was smiling while she was looking at Vansh while he was talking about Riddhima and his love feelings towards her.

Ishani: Now I could notice how your love towards Riddhima is very true and pure. You have done a big sacrifice for Riddhima Vansh bro. You have sacrificed to express your feeling towards her just to see her happiness and to not disturb her relationship. You have tolerated things that no one could be to tolerate it.
