"No Cole, you can't just run in there shooting people. What there is to many then you're fucked man. I can't have you die, not here, not now." Jason said. "What other choice do we have? This is a chance i am willing to take. You can stay out here if ytou want but i am going over there." Cole said. Cole turned around and crouched and bit sprinting to the car. "Fuck.." Jason whispered and then started to run over to Cole. Cole turned around to see Jason right behind him and smiled at him. "I knew you'd come." Cold whispered. Jason didn't answer back this time.
They ran around the car and pointed there guns straight out expecting there to be something ther but there was nothing. They slowly put their guns down. "Um. Cole? I think you should look over there." Jason pointed to his right. Over a hill was a house. It was strange, a house in the middle of a hill.
At first he thought i was a dream the way the sun was shinning through the clouds beaming onto the house. Without Cole saying anything he ran towards it. Jason knew Cole was going to get to the house so there was o reason to fight with him about it. Cole stopped in front of the house. Jason caught up behind gasping for air. "You know... you really need to think before you do." Jason said. Cole turned his head to see Jason bending over and taking deep breaths. He chuckled a little bit then turned his whole body around.
"Hm. I figured that you-" Cole got distracted by the sworm of zombies behind Jason. They were coming right for them. "Jason..." Cole whispered. "We have to get inside now." Cole finished. Jason looked up to see Cole staring behind him, his eyes were big and his mouth was opened. He looked like he just seen somebody get killed slowly. Jason turned around and seen what Cole seen. "I'm not going to argue with them one." Jason replied. They ran inside the house and put heavy objects infront of the doors and windows.
The house looked so old and smelled of dead corpse. They left a little space open for them to look outside the window. "How do they run so fast and how did they hear us." Jason said under his breath. The noise of them got closer and closer until they were there. They were beating at the door like wild animals. They both just sat calmly away from the doors and windows, both with their guns drawn.
Jason went over to the window to see all the zombies spread out like a farm of cows. Something touched his arm, he thought this was Cole until it made a noise like no other. Jason turned around fast and seen the devilish monster staring at him. It's skin was falling off and was missing one eye. It opened its mouth and blood poured out of it. The thing made a loud high pitch scream and Jason tried to push him off of him.
Cole ran in there as fast as he could. He withdrawed the knife and yelled at the thing."Hey! Dead bitch! Over here!" Cole yelled. The thing didn't even turn around, it was to focused on Jason. Cole's heart was racing at this point.
Jason was trying not to scream so he wouldn't alert anymore. Cole leaped towards him and stuck the knife in the back of the zombies head. Blood shot every where. Some got onto their clothes. Jason threw the thing off of him and slowely sank down to the floor. He looked as if he was going to cry but not a single tear fell. "That.. was so..close." Jason said, his voice was trembling. "You were right, i'm sorry I didn't listen. I..I should've thought before I do things. If I did none of this would of happened!" Cole yelled. Jason looked up at him. "This isn't your fault Cole, you were trying to help. People make mistakes some times but its only part of life. Don't beat yourself up for this." Jason said in a low voice. Cole walked off.
It was close to night time now. They were cold and they only found a big enough blanket for the both of them. They laid down next to each other and covered theirselfs up. Nothing was said after, just only the creatures outside. How peaceful it would've been if they were not making noise. Maybe they could hear the crickets outside again. They were asleep before it was even eight.
