15. Off road

The bell rang on campus, indicating that it was the end of all their class periods. The wolves from the Blood Moon and Midnight packs gathered in the parking lot to head home together.

Lisa was also in the parking lot, waiting for Jungkook. Taehyung, on the other hand, became annoyed as he watched Lisa apply red lipstick to her lips.

"What's wrong with her?" Taehyung wondered to himself.

Lisa turned to face Taehyung after noticing that he was staring at her.
 
Lisa questioned, "Hey! Why are you keep looking?"

"Nothin'. Your powder is too thick and doesn't suit your skin color; it's too white," Taehyung responded. Lisa became upset and was going to snap back, but when he saw Jungkook, he ran towards him and clung to him.

"What was that??" Jisoo asked via mindlink.
Jisoo was taken aback by her brother's behavior because it was the first time Taehyung had shown his cheeky side, as everyone knew him to be gentle, nice, and innocent.
 
"I don't know, but she's irritating me for some reason.

Jisoo and Taehyung exchanged a look as they spoke via mindlink. Despite being puzzled by what his brother stated, Jisoo just nodded.

The girl is still holding on to Jungkook as he walks towards his friends, looking pleased.

"You guys go ahead, we'll just finish our homework," stated Jungkook.

Sehun smirked and stated, "You're not even on the same class." toward his cousin. All Taehyung did was roll his eyes.

"Enjoy," Taehyung remarked before hopping into his car. Jungkook was slightly unhappy, but he didn't let it bother him.

Without a glance at Jungkook, everyone gets into their cars and exits the university, leaving the unhappy Jungkook alone with Lisa.
 
"Let's go," Lisa remarked as she rubbed her breast on Jungkook's arm. Jungkook isn't excited; he just stares at the expensive car that has just departed the parking lot. The alpha nodded, and the two got into Jungkook's vehicle.
 
The four midnight pack wolves, on the other hand, communicate via mindlink. Of course, they didn't include Taehyung because they were discussing his attitude earlier.

"What's up with Taehyung?" Jimin questioned through mindlink.
 
"Did you all notice it, too?" Jisoo asked.
 
"Of course, I am also his sibling, you know," Jin responded.

"Hormones, maybe?" Ryujin responded.
 
"Or maybe he likes Jungkook?" she said.
 
"Not a chance. Taehyung doesn't like someone who fucks everyone" Jisoo stated.

"Exactly. Maybe he's just a bit upset because we all found our mates already?" Jin remarked.

"Perhaps his wolf is feeling cocky," Ryujin claimed.

"I like the sassy Taehyung though. Let's just give him more attention." Jimin replied,

Little did the four know that Taehyung was also disturbed and confused as to why he acted the way he did previously.
 
"V, what just happened?" Taehyung questioned his wolf.
 
"The hell, I know Tae. I just felt annoyed by that Lisa girl," said V.

"Me too, but I don't even know why. Do you think we're a little mean to her?" Taehyung asked still while driving.

"Hell no, we're just stating the facts."
 
"Whatever you say"

After a few minutes, the nine wolves arrived at the pack's mansion. Their automobile came to a stop in front of the mansion, where five drivers were waiting for them to park their cars in the indoor parking lot. Everyone stepped out of the expensive car as the drivers took over.
