26. Surprise

Jungkook and the rest of the wolves dashed to the parking lot once the final bell rang, signaling the end of their class. Everyone got in their cars and drove out of the university.

Their travel was much faster than usual since Jin and Jisoo kept pressing their mates to pick up the pace.

"Babe, calm down; I'm only used to you saying it while we're making love," Namjoon said. "

"Namjoon, it's not the right time to joke around. So if you don't want me to forbid you touching me for a whole month, you better shut your lewd mouth."

"Says the one who calls me daddy and asks me to fuck him harder," Namjoon mumbled.

"What?!"

"I didn't say anything, babe."

Jin and Jisoo are sprinting down the corridor toward Taehyung's room in a few minutes. However, when they opened Taehyung's door, they saw Luna and their brother snuggling, both enjoying their slumber. The two look at each other before closing the door, careful not to wake the two who have been sleeping soundly.

Jungkook parked his car and walked inside to look for his mother, but he hadn't seen him anywhere. He went into Taehyung's room to check on him. He knocked twice on the door, and no one responded. He knocked again, but received no response.

"Taehyung, I'm going in," Jungkook announced. He waited for an answer to see if the other person would respond, but when he didn't, he opened the door.

When he saw the lovely sight in front of him, he smiled softly. The mother he has been looking for around the mansion is right inside Taehyung's room, cuddling with the so-called beta. He enjoys seeing the two people he loves nestled in each other's arms.

"Wait! Love? What? No, no, no," Jungkook thought to himself.

"So we're talking about love now, huh?" JK mocked him again.

"Shut up, JK!" 

JK smirked, knowing that his human had been developing romantic feelings for Taehyung since the first time he met him.

Jungkook let the two sleep before softly closing the doors. He then went to his room to change his clothes and relax for a few minutes.

An hour has passed, and it is time to have dinner. Jungkook went downstairs and saw that everyone, except Taehyung and his mother, had already arrived.

"Are they still sleeping?" Jungkook asked.

"Yeap. Hurry up and give us a grandchild, son. I think your mom wants a baby in the mansion," said Jong Suk.

"Taehyung is not a baby anymore, though," Ryujin said.

"But he looks like one," Jungkook stated, making his friends' eyes widen. He had never spoken to or cared for anyone the way he did with Taehyung. That is why, for the last few days, they have known that Jungkook likes the so-called beta, but they have not discussed it. They do not want to ruin his chances of falling in love with someone.

Everyone ate their dinner without waking up the two beauties, who were still deep asleep.

"Want to surprise Taehyung for his birthday?" Jimin asked.

"What do you have in mind?" Sehun responded.

"A surprise movie?"

"Sure, as long as it's not cartoons again," Yoongi answered, causing everyone to laugh.

After dinner, they decorated one of the mansion's empty rooms. They laid foam and a blanket on the floor, as well as a couple cute throw pillows. They also set up a screen projector for the movie they're about to watch. They wanted to add candles, but Taehyung is traumatized by fires, so they chose a fairy light instead. They also included a bottle of wine, some snacks, pizza, and cake purchased while others were decorating the room.
