The day following their wedding, Jungkook asked Taehyung whether he could pack their belongings for one week. Taehyung first refused since he did not want to be away from their children for so long; however, Jungkook assured him that they would only be near the mansion and could visit their children whenever they wanted.
After some convincing from his mother-in-law, Taehyung finally agreed to spend a week with his husband, just the two of them. After packing their belongings, the two said their goodbyes to their puppies and family before leaving the mansion, while Jungkook held their bag as they stood on the path to the jungle.
"Where are we going? Aren't we going to take any cars?" Taehyung inquired.
Jungkook carefully drew Taehyung closer to him, closing the gap between them as he laid sweet kisses on Taehyung's face.
"Love, there's something I wanted to see; I've been waiting for this day for so long but if you're not comfortable, that's okay." Jungkook murmured, cupping Taehyung's face.
"What is it, love?" Taehyung asked, a little anxious about what Jungkook wanted.
"I want to see your wolf form." Jungkook smiled as his thumb caressed Taehyung's smooth cheeks.
Taehyung smiled, glad Jungkook wanted to see his wolf form. If Taehyung is being honest, he's anxious because, since the Omega Massacre, he hasn't been able to shift into his wolf form, and V has been missing in action for years, so he wasn't sure if they could still do it.
Jungkook, on the other hand, was excited to see his mate's wolf because he hadn't had the opportunity to do so because Taehyung needed to hide his scent and real rank. Taehyung even became pregnant, therefore, even though he is free to reveal his real rank, he is unable to transform into his wolf because it would be dangerous for their unborn child at the time.
"I want that too!!" V exclaimed, making Taehyung roll his eyes. Jungkook just laughed as he heard V almost yell with excitement.
"I didn't say I wouldn't. It's just that I'm not sure if I can still do that. It's been years since I last transformed into wolf form." Taehyung stated, hanging his head low.
"Trust me, Tae. We can do it. And don't disappoint your husband, will you?" V said, making the two humans giggle.
"Sassy." Jungkook said.
"Yeah, right." Taehyung responded.
The two walk a few meters away from the mansion, heading to the forest. Once the two were satisfied with the distance, Jungkook was the first to transform into his big black wolf in his red eyes.
