49. Changes

Two weeks had passed, and rogues were still going through their territory; they hadn't crossed the boundaries, but they were racing around near the pack, as if gathering information. 
 
The two head Alphas and Lunas, do not want to take any action just yet; as long as the rogues do not start a war, they will remain quiet for the time being. 
 
Hye Kyo chose to cancel the school year for the sake of everyone's safety, not only Taehyung's. Classes will only continue once they have determined who is attempting to harm Taehyung, which could lead to war. 

The young wolves also decided to stay at home because they knew someone was trying to harm Taehyung.Except for the omega, whom they were all trying to protect, everyone knows what's going on.
 
Taehyung asked why Luna abruptly canceled the school year, forcing her to lie to him. They don't want to frighten the omega and cause him distress. 
 
Taehyung, on the other hand, has become increasingly clingy to Jungkook after they have completed the mating process. He would stare at Jungkook for hours, admiring his gorgeous face as if he were a work of art. I mean, where is the lie? 

Taehyung has been really fussy about what things he wants to eat this week, and he has been throwing up every morning, which has scared Jungkook a lot. Taehyung once woke up at 2:30 p.m. and begged his mate to grab him a dumpling and mustard, and when Jungkook told him that all eateries were closed, the omega burst into tears, claiming that the alpha does not love and adore him. Taehyung continued to cry, so Jungkook searched for a 24-hour fast-food restaurant that served dumplings. Fortunately, he located one, but it was on the other pack, so he sent one of their fastest warriors to get dumplings for the sobbing omega. 

Taehyung's sense of smell has also been sensitive during the past week. He found everything unpleasant except his mate's scent. He also sleeps a lot, as if he has been tired from just staying at home. 
 
Jungkook woke up on a Monday morning to the strong scent of Taehyung. He stared at his sleeping mate and buried his face closer to his mate's neck, ready to savor the change in the scent of the omega. The changes in his mate's scent aren't awful; in fact, the scent is even more addicting. Jungkook smiled as he continued to smell his mate's new scent, bringing the omega closer to his body.

Jungkook was still enjoying his mate's sweet scent when the omega woke up and dashed to the restroom. 
 
"Love, be careful!! Don't run!" said the Jungkook commandant before running towards the restroom to assist his vomiting mate.

Taehyung leaned down on the sink, throwing up everything he had eaten late at night. Jungkook, on the other hand, continues to stroke calming circles on Taehyung's back. 

"Love, I think we should go to the clinic and have yourself checked." Jungkook advises 

After a few minutes, Taehyung no longer felt the urge to vomit and instead began crying. Jungkook lifted him up in a bridal manner and returned to their bed.

"What's wrong, love?" Jungkook asked as they sat on the bed.

"What's wrong with me?" Taehyung asked, sobbing as he clung to his mate's toned chest.

"There's nothing wrong with you, love; in fact, we're blessed," Jungkook responded as he gently kissed his omega's forehead.

"What are you talking about? You smell great, Kookie," Taehyung said, making Jungkook chuckle.

"Trust me, love. Your scent is more intoxicating; it's addicting," Jungkook answered, making Taehyung smile.
 
"Are you hungry?" Jungkook asked. 
 
"I want dumplings and mustard," Taehyung said, beaming at his mate.
 
"You should eat healthy foods, love. Stop eating dumplings with mustard," Jungkook remarked, but Taehyung burst into tears again.

"Okay, okay. You will have dumplings and mustard," Jungkook said.
 
Taehyung immediately stopped crying and positioned himself facing Jungkook, wrapping his legs over the alpha's torso.
 
"Let's go," Taehyung remarked with a gorgeous smile.
 
Jungkook gave Taehyung a long, gentle kiss before leaving their room for the kitchen, where everyone was already waiting for them.
