The next couple of months went by faster than I wished it had, Destiny was trying to crawl, but right now she liked to scoot around which was fun to watch her get where she wants to go.
The animals also love Destiny. All are gentle when I bring her out around them, Mark and the two brothers have started to plow the fields getting them ready for the planting season.
With Destiny being so small still and inquisitive all my plants I grew in the house are now in the garden barn and even though I miss having plants in the house, they seem to be thriving out here with the rest of the plants.
I just might have to figure out a way to add to the house, a sort of a solarium, so that way even during the winter my plants can be with me, but I can have the doors locked so my sweet baby girl does not get into trouble.
In two months, our official wedding will be happening and a massive party afterwards. I am really looking forward to meeting everyone from Tom's family and friends.
All three brothers just roll their eyes which usually gets me snickering that it gets to them, except when I talk about the wedding Derek and Darryle are all into it, Tom just kisses the top of my head and tells me whatever I want to get.
Daisy came to take Destiny to their home for a few days, every month I let them have their grandparent quality time with her, where she spends a week at her grandparents' house.
Even though she is still too young to understand but hopefully this will keep up when she is well into her teenage years. But for right now it gives me a week to get done what I need to without the normal worrying about my daughter.
Waking up after sleeping in felt so good, I forgot how much sleeping in felt, I was used to Destiny wanting to get up and snuggle and eat then play starting at four in the morning.
Even Tom rolls over and tries to pretend to sleep until Destiny screams her little scream to get him to open his eyes at her, then the giggles start.
I quietly got out of bed, since Tom was sleeping, and I was not about to wake him since he also got to sleep in. I looked at the clock and it was seven thirty.
Starting the fire in the stove, I threw a few logs onto the embers in the family room fireplace to get the chill out of the air.
It has been slowly warming up during the day but at night it is still cold.
Once the coffee was ready, I got a nice big mug of it and went to sit in my window seat, now that my plants are in the greenhouse for now, I can sit and look out the window.
Sitting there I wrapped up in my blanket and got comfortable, sipping on my coffee I looked out at a chilly morning with the sun starting to rise.
About an hour later, Tom walked out and went straight for the coffee which he usually does, we are a lot alike that way, no words until we have had at least a sip of the goodness.
"Good morning sweetheart" Tom said as he sat on the opposite side of me, "morning baby" I said smiling at him. For a few minutes we sat there looking outside and enjoying the peacefulness that it brought.
"What are the plans for today?" Tom asked, "I know I was wanting to go into town, I already talked to Tim about it and in a few hours the plane will be ready for us" I said getting up to get more coffee.
"What's in town?"
I smirked at him "the supplies for the party love" I said as I walked back over and sat down, I could see Tom try not to roll his eyes, but I knew he could not help it.
I made sure Derek and Darryle did not want to go into town with us, once I told them why I was going, and they both said no. I was fine with that because now I get to spend the day with Tom.
