The seal felt cool as Aurelia turned it over in her hands, a piece of metal representing the alliance between Ice Nation and Skaikru.

“Battery’s full,” Bellamy stated as she looked up, and saw him striding towards her. She extended her arm out towards him to pass over the seal.  “If we’re lucky, we won’t have to stop to recharge.”

“If we’re even luckier,” Clarke spoke up as she walked over to the two, her gaze falling onto the metal object. “Roan’s seal will work the way it’s supposed to. Show it to them if you get in trouble.”

“Got it,” he responded as he took it from the raven-haired girl, and carefully placed it into a secure bag inside the rover. “Load up,” he ordered as he turned his head towards the rest of the group, before turning back to eye the two girls. “You can still come with us.”

“No chance,” Aura remarked, leaning up to peck the boy on the lips before pulling back again.

“No. I can’t,” the blonde also revealed. “Arkadia is just Plan B. It doesn’t help the grounders. I’m not stopping until we have a solution that saves everyone.”

Bellamy nodded. “We save who we save today. Alright, let’s go!”

Aurelia briefly wrapped her arms around Bellamy’s waist and looked up at him. “Good luck,” she whispered softly. “And stay safe. You hear me?”

“Loud and clear,” he responded with a small smile, leaning down to kiss the girl softly.

Aurelia pulled away after a few moments and stepped back, placing her hands in her pockets as she watched the others lift themselves into the rover one by one. Her eyes locked with Nate’s, whose facial expressions resembled nervousness, his hands tightly clasping onto Bryan’s.

“You’ve got this, Nate,” Aurelia spoke with a reassuring smile, being met with a small nod from the boy.

After a few moments the rover roared to life, and Clarke, Aura, and Raven watched as it slowly rolled out of the garage, before picking up speed and driving away from Arkadia.

“We’ve got a lot of work to do to get the ship ready for winter,” Raven spoke, eyeing the tablet that she held in front of her. “Sector 4, the crack in the outer wall. We need to patch it up. Start by repairing the damaged panels. Sector 5, we need to get that tree out of the hole and seal it up.” The girl looked up to eye everyone around her. “Any questions?” She was met with silence. “Okay. Go…” she awkwardly trailed off.
