before anyone comes at me in the comments, yes, i changed the timeline a little bit for the plot.
another thing before getting to the chapter, id like to spread awareness of the tragedy that's currently occurring in bangladesh.
during what's supposed to be a time a peace and celebration, bangladeshi hindus are being violently attacked and murdered, their houses are getting destroyed, and their temples and shrines are being desecrated.
I would really appreciate it if people would spread the word on their own wp pages, or even on other social media platforms. @ / hindusamata on ig have more information if you'd like to check it out. Thank you.

Aurelia jumped as the ominous crack of thunder tore through the sky, followed by the sound of panicked screams and shouts as people began to flood through the hangar bay doors.
“Someone sound the alarms!”
The girl quickly jumped to her feet and rushed towards the doors, her eyes widening in fear as she realised that the deathly rain had finally reached Arkadia.
“Everybody get inside now! This isn’t a drill!” Aurelia shouted over the screams and the ear deafening siren, frantically gesturing for the closest Arkadians to get into the hangar bay.
“Hey!” she shouted as her eyes fell on a couple of guards attempting to gather their belongings. “Leave your things and get in here right now!”
She nervously bounced on her feet as she waited for everyone to make it inside, before slamming her hand down on the controls to close the large doors.
The girl weaved through the still panicking crowd as they tried to rid themselves of any trace of black rain, praying that Bellamy had made it back to Arkadia before the heavens descended upon them.
After running through most of the communal areas, she finally found him with Kane, both of them desperately using cups of clean water to wash away the radioactive rain on their skin.
“Oh my god, you made it back,” she breathed out as she rushed towards Bellamy, but slowed as she noticed the concern lining his features.
“I need to find Octavia,” he stated, prompting Kane to shake his head at him.
