You hold your breath as you walk onto the bounty, passing everyone quickly. You reply to questions with a nod or 'mhm'.
As soon as you get to your room, you close your door and squeal. "Oh my gosh best day ever!" You sigh. It's hard to keep the tough kid act up when your crush is acting flirty.
Hearing your squeal, Cole bursts in, with a bat. "What's wrong?! What happened?" He asks, ready to fight. He lowers his bat to see you twirling around like a ballerina.
"... Is Jay trying to make you take ballet lessons again?" Cole asks, confused. You shake your head and hug your pillow. "No- I have the a huge crush and I NEED to tell them to someone! Will you listen?!" You ask hyperly. You were about to burst of information.
"What?! Absolutely not! You, at this age, cannot already have a crush! It's physically impossible!" He yelps, trying to sound like tough daddy... But fails. His voice cracks. Several times.
"Cool it, pops." You sass teasingly. "It's just a little crush between sorta-friends." You reassure... But Cole doesn't believe you.
"That's it. You're being homeschooled from now on." Cole decides.
"What?! No!" You scream and tackle him. "I have friends and a life at school! I'll stop crushing- just let me stay!" You cry, shaking him.
"Deal." Cole smirks. You blink. "... Crud." You facepalm. You just got reverse psychologized... By your father.
