Big Trouble- Jay

"Daddy?" You peer into your daddy's work room. He wasn't there. You sneak in and climb the tall chair, and look at the counters.

Parts and tools littered the tabletops. It was a mess, as usual. You glance at a sparking machine near you. The wires weren't attached properly, and it was sparking colourfully. Your mind said don't touch it... But your childish sense told you it was a portal to a magical world.

You grin and slowly reach over to touch it...

"Y/N! Get away from that!" Jay yelped from the door. You turn and gulp, as your finger touches the sparking wire and you're shocked. The small amount of electricity in you shocked your nerves and you knocked the machine over with a blast of electricity.

Jay gasps and picks up the machine. It's broken. Parts are chipped, wires are knotted... It was destroyed. You grasp your injured finger as you bite your lip, fighting back tears.

"Y/N!" Your daddy glares angrily. "You know better than to touch daddy's work! Look what you did- it's ruined! Five weeks of work- Destroyed!" He scowls and you scoot back a bit. "It was an accident..." You murmur, at the verge of tears.

"It's always an accident- and you never learn!" He shouted. You cringed as you wanted to cover your ears... but it would make him more angry.

"I.. I can help you fix it..." You reply nervously. Jay growls and turns to the table, having his back to you. "Just leave! I don't want you ruining any more of my stuff!" He shot back coldly.

"God... You always ruin everything..." He mutters angrily. You can't hold it anymore. You let out a gasp as you start to bawl your eyes out, tears cascading down your cheeks and onto the floor. Jay turns quickly to see you run out the door crying...

And leaving in your place...
