"Guys!" Cole burst into the kitchen, seeing everyone cleaning purple blobs off the walls, floor, roof, and table of the small
quarter. "Uh.. The heck?" Cole blinked, holding you in his arms.
There was only one explanation. Cole's cooking.
"Cole, what did you PUT in this 'soup'?! It's.. as hard as a rock when it hardens!" Kai whined annoyed as he chipped a chunk off the wall with a fork. "Eh.. Sorry guys, the last mission came so suddenly I guess I forgot to clean up the spilt mess.." Cole laughed nervously.
You let out a gurgled giggle, and all eyes turned to you. "Cole.." Jay started.
"Where did you.." Zane started...
"Get a.." Lloyd added..
"Baby?!" Kai hollered.
You flinched at the holler and teared up, and cried. "Shh.. Shh.. It's okay baby Y/N.." Cole cradled you and whispered. "Kai! You heartless monster!" Jay hissed quietly.
"What did I do?!" Kai replied annoyed. "You.. Made the infant cry." Zane replied rather dully, in a 'duh' tone. Kai saw you crying and frowned, feeling guilty. "Sorry, N/Y/N (not your name)"
"Y/N!" Cole snapped, correcting his hot headed brother. "Did you ask Sensei if you could keep it?" Zane asked, gently playing with your little hands.
"I am right here." Sensei replied from the doorway. The ninja turned and blinked. "And the child may stay in Cole's possession.. If he is able to take care of it and... Not poison the child with his.. *cough* 'cooking'..." Sensei spoke.
Cole grinned proudly, then frowned. "Hey! My food doesn't poison!" He hissed quietly as you started falling asleep in his arms. "Dude.. that food poisoning last week that Lloyd had?.. Your food." Jay shot back. Cole frowned and sighed, walking out.
"I'll work on it! Geez!"
