３．８ - ｆｏｒｇｉｖｅｎ

during the next hours, haewon couldn't focus on anything else but the fact that mark had kissed her. even though she did need to finish her school work she couldn't. the thought of being together with mark in the evening made her excited. maybe even a bit too excited. calm down haewon, it's just a movie night, even the dreamies will be there.

haewon slapped herself. she decided to concentrate on all the stuff she had to do. the faster she would get the things done, the faster she could just chill and think about what could probably tonight. she would also have to talk to haechan.

ever since nct came into her life, her whole life had changed. starting off with jeno and jaemin who gave her a feeling of strong friendship, and comfort when needed. they were always there when she needed them and gave her space, understood her and loved her for the way she is.

also the dreamies who gave her a feeling of comfort during tough times, letting her know she could rely on them anytime she needed them. also the other nct members had grown onto her. she loved all of them, and they love her as well. as if she was one of them, a family member, like their small sister.

lastly, there was mark. not once in her life she could have ever imagined to met someone that would attract her as much as he did. whatever he did, she wanted to be with him. he showed her a different emotion she had already forgotten deep inside of her, love.

for the first time in years, haewon finally decided to try to love. whatever was needed, she was willing to try it out, if it meant that she could be with mark. a smile crept on her face. these boys had made such a big impact on her life, and she was thankful for every single one. finally, she felt at ease, or rather more than before. they had changed her way of thinking, but she wasn't mad. she was finally happy.

haewon finished up her work within two hours, and had now nothing to do anymore, but wait for evening to come. boredly, she went into the kitchen to get herself something small for lunch since it was already time. while she was eating, she got a message.

hey, are you free at the moment?

haewon
yeah, why?

i know we're seeing each other tonight but i though we maybe could make some sort of sibling day before we meet up with the others

sure why not

great! i will pick you up in half an hour. and be ready

haewon
yeah whatever

haewon smiled. it felt refreshing to have her brother back. it could be the same as it was years ago. telling each other everything, giving advice, teasing and having so much fun together. haewon quickly changed her clothes and got ready for meeting up with haechan.

after half an hour he tested her that he was waiting outside of her house. she went outside and sat in the car. haechan then proceed to drive to the mall, deciding it would be fun doing some clothes shopping and get food after.
arriving at the mall, haechan took haewon by her hand and ran into the mall right into a store.
