０．６ - ｅｘｈａｕｓｔｅｄ

haewon was panting, she was exhausted and on her limits. it has been around four hours, and she still trained because her dad forced her to. she was sweating and and felt her legs nearly giving up, but she needed to push herself in order to not get beaten up, because she knew that would be ten times worse than this.

"come on haewon you can at least twenty more push up's!" Mr. Min yelled.

trying her best haewon did 15 more. the moment she tried to go down, she couldn't halfway down she started to tremble and fell down. her whole body ached from all the strength training she had to go through.

four hours without a single break, her energy was drained, but Mr. Min was beyond mad.
"WHY ARE YOU SO GODDAMN WEAK YOU BRAT! YOU STUPID WHORE CAN'T DO ANYTHING RIGHT CAN YOU?"
"whatever I have more important things to do than to waste my time with your useless ass"

with that he turned his back to haewon and went away. haewon on the other side was laying on the floor, trying to catch her breath, too weak to get up, every move she made was hurtful.

suddenly someone handed her a water bottle.

"here, drink something so you don't dehydrate"
haewon opened her eyes and immediately was greeted by a smiling jaemin. sitting up she took the water bottle, drinking the whole bottle within one second. sighing she leaned on the wall behind her closing her eyes.

jaemin smiled sadly at her, he knew how exhausted she was, how she pushed herself and barely slept in order to not get punished from her dad. he wanted to help her, but there was nothing he could do but just stay by her side and comfort her.

it hurt him seeing her in so much pain, he felt helpless. sliding down the wall he sat next to her.

"want to go into your room?"

haewon shook her head. "let me rest for a few minutes we can go after that" she softly answered, laying her head on jaemin's shoulder. smiling he looked down at her. he appreciated that she trusted him and jeno enough to let her walls down in front of them. it made him feel like he achieved something. it made him happy.

they just stayed like that, not saying anything before haewon got up.

"let's go I want to take a shower"

with that they made their way up to her room. while haewon took clothes to change into and went into the bathroom, jaemin jumped on her bed calling jeno to come over too. while she was showering jaemin thought about her. how hard her life was, he wanted her to be happy, to live how she deserved.

after a few minutes jeno came too. the two males made their best to let everything look cozy and they turned on the tv. waiting for haewon they searched for something on netflix they could watch. deciding for the series the three always watched together jaemin and jeno made themselves comfortable laying on each side of the bed.

after a while haewon came out, she wore:

not caring she jumped on the bed laying in the middle between the two boys. while jeno started the show "friends" (change if you want) jaemin cuddled into haewon's side. rolling her eyes she gave in, being to exhausted to fight against it.

while friends was playing, haewon fell asleep in the middle of the episode. noticing that, jaemin nudged jeno. him seeing that she fell asleep, he turned down the volume of the tv. they got out of the bed covering her in a blanket.

quietly they made the way out of her room turning off the lights and closing the door. they wanted her to rest as much as she could. they made their way back to their house taking a cab since they lived in a different part of the city.

nct 127 and dream were staying in one big house which was divided into two halves. it was huge, nct 127 lived in the left side of the mansion, while dream lived in the right side, both sides were connected by a big hall.

first of you need to go through a gate, a big fore garden afterwards which was beautiful designed with flowers. coming to the mansion you unlock the door entering a huge hall. from there you go in and a bit further are two huge doors. one on the left one on the right, two entrances to the "different houses" they stayed it.
it was like two houses connected to one.

entering the mansion jeno and jaemin made their way to the left first which lead to the 127 dorm. they needed to speak to taeyong. unlocking the second door with a key they entered the house.

it was quite silent so they figured most of them went out for some business or missions. making their way through the big halls they stopped in front of a door. taeyong's office. jeno knocked on the door.

"come in"

going inside they were greeted by a taeyong sitting behind his desks with tons of papers in front of him.

"what are you two doing here?"

"we wanted to talk about haewon"

"what about her?"

hearing haewon's name taeyong looked up. he didn't really know her, but he saw how she was treated by his business partner, her own dad and he didn't like it a single bit.

"we want to help her. she is treated so badly, if she keeps up pushing herself I really don't know how long she can last. she is exhausted, barely sleeps, eats and does nothing besides working for her dad to be happy."

"behind her walls is a shy and really kind girl, she may not show it, but she wasn't always like this and I know it. maybe we can't get her out of the gang, but there must be something we can do to make her life easier."
jeno added.

"what you both say is true. she is hurt, all her life she got nothing but hurt. at least stray kids is always there to keep Mr. Min from killing her and I'm proud of you two that you are friends with her. maybe we can't do something now but I will definitely think of something"

"thank you taeyong" the two smiled. relieved that their leader thought the same about the situation, he was a good leader. with that they left the office going back into their house. it was already around 2am and they had school the next day.

taeyong leaned back in his chair. he was really worried about haewon. she was still so young yet, so broken and being forced into many things, getting pushed to her limits. he wanted to help her, he remembered how it was like being under so much pressure. he was once a broken soul too, but after starting the gang, he wanted to help everyone who was in need.

someone who needed a family. so he took all of them in. they were now a big family on who he could rely on. and that's what he wanted to do now too,

help another broken soul.
