４．０ - ｒｅｌａｔｉｏｎｓｈｉｐ

"alright, what is it?"

he hesitated. he knew what he wanted to say. making her stay, be his. his everything and someone he would die for. but how would he say it without embarrass himself? he didn't have any experience with love. neither did he think someone was actually capable of loving him, let alone that he loved someone.

was she going to accept that confession?

either way he couldn't figure out what to say, which made his cheeks go red because he wasn't saying anything. haewon was waiting for an answer, he just couldn't say anything. he was mad at himself. haewon noticed that mark was fighting with himself, so she took his hand. when he looked into her eyes, she smiled at him.

"mark, i'm not going anywhere, i promise"

he visibly relaxed again. he was ready. taking a deep breath, mark took both of haewon's hands, drawing circles on them. for some reason it calmed him down. 

"alright, please hear me out first though"

after she nodded, he continued.

"ever since you came into my life, you made it a living hell"

after he said that, haewon's had a shocked expression, she slowly took her hands back, but mark just grabbed them again. she seemed hurt.

"i said let me talk. at least i thought you made it a living hell. ever since you came into my life, you have flipped my whole world upside down. at first i thought it was bad, but i just wasn't used to not have the control over my life. i couldn't control anything anymore. i was frustrated and treated you wrong.
thing could have turned out different if i wouldn't have been an asshole to you. the whole time i pushed away the person that made me happy. the person that i would take a bullet for. i know the things i did were wrong and how hurtful the things i did were. 
you do deserve a way better man haewon. fuck you deserve the entire world and maybe even more. i know i can't give you all the things you want, let alone a safe life. i'm constantly worried that something will happen to you even though i know how strong you are. 
just the thought of someone hurting you puts me in rage that i would kill someone if they even laid a hand on you.
i want to protect you with my life. this world may be dangerous but we were both born into this and i couldn't imagine someone else i want to be with. you're perfect in every way and all i want is you in my arms.
i miss you when you're not around. i just want you in my arms. i don't have a lot to offer, maybe someone else could offer you more. but i just wanted to get these things off my chest and tell you my feelings for you.
i'm fucking in love with you haewon"

mark took a deep breath, too afraid to look haewon in the eyes. it was quiet for a while. he nearly gave up, his heart sank and he felt absolutely embarrassed. it seems like she actually wasn't feeling the same way huh.

"forget it i was just-"

he turned around, wanting to leave the room. but suddenly haewon grabbed his wrist, turning him back around to face her. surprised, he looked into her eyes. haewon's face held a beautiful smile, probably the prettiest mark had ever seen in his entire life. haewon had a pretty strong grip on his wrist, it almost like she was scared that he would leave if she would let go.

"i love you too"

mark gasped. his mouth was wide open, not expecting this answer. never in a million years he would have thought that this words coming out of haewon's mouth would make him as happy as they did right now. he was so excited, that he couldn't form any words, instead, he pushed haewon to the wall and finally kissed her. 

haewon chuckled into the kiss, feeling the excitement from mark. their teeth clashed together and haewon got butterflies in her stomach. her knees felt weak, mark was holding her up, kissing her roughly. haewon's hands went up to his neck, running one hand through his hair while the other one rested on his neck. he shivered, in response he deepened the kiss. haewon gasped, but let him dominate the kiss.

his tongue explored her mouth, their tongues collided. the kiss was sloppy, yet it was full of emotions. both of them finally found each other and were more than happy. mark had his hands on her waist, pushing his body into her. haewon was happy that mark was so strong, he held her up otherwise she would have already fallen down.

everything was so overwhelming, but the kiss said more than words could express. their bodies melted into each other, their mouth fit like they finally found their
missing puzzle piece. 

after all these years of being unhappy, they finally found their happiness and they were sure they wouldn't let anyone take that away. they shared a strong bond. their lives and circumstances may had been a big issue, but they survived through it and their love for each other was now stronger than ever.

mark broke the kiss after a while, both of them standing there smiling at each other. both full of love. could you have ever imagined that these two, who barely showed emotions could get so soft with a person? it was only because they found their soulmate. the one who understood them the most and just made them happy. without each other their world would have stayed grey. 

of course they had friends, their members. but love is just another thing that will make your world a million times better, and these two also finally realized that. 

"haewon, i love you more than anything, and i will never let you go, you're all i need"
