２．５ - ｐｌａｎｓ

haewon made her way to her dad's office. she didn't really know what to expect. Her dad only said he needed her for an update on the recruits. but she knew he could also have different things in mind. the thing that actually scared her was the thought of her dad beating her again.

yes she was kinda used to it, but it hurt everytime. and from time to time it got worse for her body. yet, there was nothing she could do about it and she was willing to get beaten up before he would take his anger out on someone else. especially when he would find out about his son being in front of him, haewon didn't know how he would react and what he would do.

but what she knew that it would definitely not be a good reaction. what she didn't want was that her dad killed someone when he realized who he was. currently her plan was that she would get mr min to the point where he could trust the dreamies and work with them properly before continuing to think how to explain the situation to him.

arriving on her dad's office she knocked at the door letting herself in after hearing a short "come in".
what she didn't expect was mark also sitting in the room. mr min sat at the end of the table with taeyong and chan next to him. since stray kids came back they needed to catch up on the things.

"we already talked about the new members and how they are now under review by mark and haewon"

"what makes you think they are good new members?"

"because they belong into our group, also we are getting two other members but they already went through the training and are already strong members. their names are shotaro and sungchan"

"you're telling me there are now 23 of you?"

"exactly"

"alright then mark can you inform us about the practice with them?"

"of course"

mark stood up.

"so far the members do really good on the practice. they are still a bit clumsy when it comes to using guns and how to handle a mission let alone hard situations. but so far they are all really fit and strong, they are on their best way to become strong members"

"sounds good, haewon what about them being discret and careful with their talking about missions and such"

haewon stood next to mark.

"well they are still kinda awkward but they definitely improved their behaviour. they tend to speak now more confident and less suspicious about it but yet realize how to not make it suspicious and to not let it look like we are actually talking about something deep. i'm sure it won't take long anymore"

"well that sounds really good thank you, you two can go now"

mark and haewon nodded before going out of the room. as soon as they left the room and went around the corner mark actually started a conversation with haewon.

"so they are doing really good huh"

surprised that he actually didn't sound annoyed nor angry surprised haewon for a second.

"yeah actually, i'm surprised how fast they learned"

they both continued to walk out of the building actually doing some smalltalk without wanting to rip each others head off. for the first time there wasn't any tension between them nor hatred that influenced their conversation.

when they went out they bid their goodbyes since mark needed to run some errands for the members and haewon needed to catch up on school work. during her walk home haewon thought back to their conversation.

it seemed like mark was a different human being than who she met before. he was nice and understanding for once. a person you want to keep talking to and handsome within..

wait what? did i just think mark lee was handsome?

she didn't want to accept it despite them being enemies but inside we all knew mark lee was one of the most handsome man haewon has ever seen.

nevertheless she came home and went right up to her room doing her work since tonight she would hang out with the skz maknae line. they haven't really been doing anything together since they were gone for missions or haewon was with the dreamies.

for the first time since months, the friends would be finally reunited again and she was actually really excited for it.
while she was completing her assingments she didn't think about mark at all, she was way too caught up in her work.

but as soon as she finished everything and plopped down onto her bed, his face flashed into her head, she didn't. know why she was thinking about him. and why she had a weird feeling in her stomach while doing so.

haewon didn't think anything of it, instead pushing the feeling aways getting up to get ready for the meet up.
