After she was turned, her coven banished her, leaving her to travel the world creating a life and business for herself by making a shops of her own to aid and help supernaturals in need. And if someone needed to hide or wanted to start over (mostly good people) she would help them. During her time, she met the Mikaelsons and klaus took an interest in Christina but then he left. And so many years later, Christina met a little girl named Jean who was in an alleyway half dead near one of her many stores that she owned, then she helped her and took care of her as if she was her own daughter, until she had to go back to her abusive father. In Jean's teen years she ran away and lived with Christina who welcomed her with open arms, they both became family and spent their time together protecting each other. During their time together, Jean got hurt by three human men and she was too late to find the men but she managed to get Jean and help her. And shortly found out that Jean was pregnant. Then Christina and came back to New Orleans with Jean during her pregnancy and reunited with the Mikaelsons and helped them with their troubles but also took charge of her old shop who she left in the care of an old witch friend. And the twins were born a year before hope was born.

Jean ran away one day when she was 12 and came into the care of Christina. Then one day, after she closed up at work and walked home. Three men ambushed her and they beaten and raped her, then left her in the alley. Soon after, Christina found her, she smelt Jean's blood and brought her to Christina's home to help heal her. After Jean was healed, she was angry, depressed, and felt broken. Jean then went to track down the guys who hurt her and when she did, she killed them all and soon turned into her wolf form. And returned to Christina, who still welcomed her into her home and treated her like a daughter, and then soon learned that she was pregnant with her twin boys who she soon learned to love very much. Then they both went to New Orleans to start fresh in Christina's old building and shop she owned and made sure to protect Jean and her boys no matter what. Also during her time in new Orleans she soon has a daughter with Elijah who turns to be a hybrid like Klaus
