When Savannah and her friends tried to do a summoning, they didn't expect it to actually work. Her friends made a run for it, leaving Savannah to deal with Trigon. After they "did it" Phoenix was born but Vanna found out Trigon's true intentions for Phoebe, so when fee was still a baby, she set her up for adoption too keep her daughter safe. After Trigon found out about what Savannah did, he killed her and then met raven's mother a year or two after. As Phoebe grew, so did her powers and she was adopted by a foster family who didn't exactly like her except for the foster father. One day as a kid, Phoebe was in a heated argument with her foster mother and things actually got heated. Her house was set ablaze and her whole family was burnt in the house except for her. It was like the flames were protecting her and then she lived her life on the streets. And she tries not to let her emotions run wild so she can avoid hurting anyone else. That was until she met raven and now they help each other.
